$2000 treadmill barely used in 7 years and due to old software the equipment is junk and they said I have to buy a new one. The machine doesnt even have 75 miles on it due to being sick for majority of years owning. Most people get to sell their old treadmills, I have to send mine to a landfill because you cant do anything with it. This should not be ok for a whole machine to be junk due to software. You call and talk to the company and they dont offer and they dont care they just want to sell you a new machine. Who would buy from them again if they can do this so easily?Review fromSequoya R

About a year and a half ago I purchased an eliptical trainer through the home shopping network. When it arrived to my house it was already damaged to the point where I couldnt use the machine. Where Ifit comes in at is they have been charging me sense I purchased the machine for their service even though I was never able to use the machine. I had the machine sent back by 11/3/2022 and was unaware that I was being charged for the service because I believed it came with the machine I purchased. So I have been getting $42.27 taken from my account for over a year and when I noticed it in this months statement I immediately called them to get a refund of which they could only refund me for this months. So basically I have been giving them close to $600+ for a program on the machine I didnt even have to be able to use the ifit on. That to me is terrible customer service and I deserve to be reimburshed in some kind of way to make up for what they "claim" I cannot recieve. I am a very unsatisfied customer that feels like I have just given them $600+ in free money.Review fromJames D

Deceptive subscription practices. Beware of a "free" membership.Bought NordicTrack Adj ********* Oct 2020, came with a "Free" annual IFIT subscription. In email receipt, there was no mention that the IFIT subscription would continue after the free year, as a "recurring" monthly charged item on my CC. So I forgot about it. Never received an email from NordicTrack or IFIT after the initial year or since that time stating that the IFIT subscription had been renewed.Unfortunately I may have not checked my CC statement closely enough, but with the advent of only online statements ( after opting out of paper) and the timing of the charge ( 1st of each month). By the time I would check my CC statement each month, the IFIT.COM charge had been relegated to last months statement, not the current statement. I did call to ask for a refund, but was told that my "subscription" did not qualify for any refund. But the subscription has been canceled, so at least I will not be charged from Dec onward.Review fromTammy B

I always use virtual card numbers from my cc company. This prevents recharging by the company. Well IFIT tried running my cc# for unapproved charges and were unable. This caused them to not process my order. Confirms their con with charging ccs they dont have approval for.Review fromAllen L

I have c990 6 years old with very minimal usage . Machine is essentually brand new . Will not load to operate . Was told machine is outdated and not supported anymore . I guess Nordik Track does not want repeat customers . Service told me if i replace the console for above $300 it will do same thing . *************** who cares less about people and more about profits . Do not buy from them no help in any way . Giving 1 star becUse I had to.Review fromPatrick L

My complaint is for Freemotion a division of IFIT Health and Fitness. I called to have a treadmill repaired and was told that they have no technicians in my area and that I should find myself a technician on Google to do the repair. I cannot believe that a company would sell product that they have no way of repairing and then tell the customer to find someone to do it on the internet.Review fromJustin F

I currently have a Nordictrack commercial x32i. The machine has 42 hours on it. Recently i turned on the treadmill and the screen has lines through it. I contacted Ifit and due to not having a warranty they told me i needed a replacement console. This item has a 30 day warranty and cost around ****************************************************************************************************************************** dropped it. Keep in mind no one in my house hold was home. Pretty much calling me a lier. This never happened. The treadmill worked absolutely fine beforehand. Nordictrack does not stand by there product. The customer service was zero help. Now im stuck with this expensive unit. I wish i would have done my research before purchasing. I did enjoy Ifit, but what good is the program if you can afford to replace the faulty part. I hope others read this before they make a choice on what equipment to purchase. Nordictrack needs to start taking care of there customers and reinsure that the products they produce are not faulty before shipping.Review fromSteve H

IFit membership is a HUGE SCAM!!!!They charge you monthly without any authorization or acknowledgment. I have clearly stated I DONT WANT ANY MEMBERSHIP PERIOD The sales clerk acknowledged you have opt out on our free membership and no further action is needed on my end. 3 months later I have charges on my credit card. The weirdest thing is I purchased the product on my Citi credit card but I have reoccurring membership charges on my Discover card. I have never given my credit card number on my discover card except for paying the 3rd party for delivery and installation. Furthermore, what I found out **** credit card has denied charges that iFit was attempting and when they exhausted their resources, they found my Discover credit card and proceeded to make changes and doctor up fake billing statements as their evidence of proof that my acknowledgment was legitimate. What they couldnt find was my signature or initials for approval. I also requested recording of my conversation with the sales manager and they said it was confidential and no further actions can be assessed unless I obtain it from the court. IFit is a HUGE SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Dont purchase anything that has IFit as their primary source of exercise or training programs.Review fromMichael P

I am a very loyal iFit/Norditrack customer and have 3 current machines including a **** Commercial Treadmill, s22i Bike and Fusion. I also have active service plans on all of them through iFit (who uses Icon). For my **** Treadmill (spent $3,000), when it was delivered 2 years ago, the fans did not work out of the box. I called and Nordictrack/iFit sent someone out to replace the dead fans. Later in the first year, one of the two fans died and again no problem Nordictrack/iFit sent someone out to replace the dead fan. Now today ~ 2 years old, one of the fans is not working again and incredibly noisy. I called Icon Fitness who I bought the $500+ service plan through iFit and the representative said they do not cover fans because they are not needed to use the machine. I told him about the past fan issues and he said the manufacturer covers fans, but the $500 extended warranty I purchased does not. I explained to him that the fans are built into the machine and are extremely loud so I am having issues hearing my workouts. He said they still would not cover it because there is a headphone **** and I could simply not use the speaker and plug in headphones. What?!?! He also said he personally recommends just putting another fan on the ground because the treadmill fans really are not that good anyway. For someone who has spent $8000+ on new exercise equipment from iFit and $1000+ in service plans in the past couple years, this was just terrible customer service. The fan IS a part of the treadmill and this is the 3rd time it has broken. I hope iFit makes this right and contacts me.Review fromGarrett B

I-fit has double charged me for months and refuses to refund the over charge, never sent statements to my email or by mail, started charging a second card out of the blue. The agent I was speaking to hung up on me.
