I bought a new treadmill. The guy came out and installed it and there was a sticker on the screen that said I had to download the iFit app to "activate" the treadmill or it wouldn't work. I asked the installer guy, he knew nothing about it, so I downloaded the app, made an account, *********, it took forever. Every time I tried to go to the next page it would just circle and circle. FINALLY got through on my computer instead of my phone and it wanted me to sign up for a FORTY DOLLAR A MONTH SUBSCRIPTION with no other options. I got mad, found the treadmill instruction manual, and figured out that all I had to do was press and hold the power button for 30 seconds to activate it! I don't know what kind of marketing deal iFIT has with ProForm but I don't appreciate being lied to by a **** sticker and having my time wasted. Also, NO ONE wants to spend forty bucks A MONTH for some stupid fitness app. I will never use the iFIT app because of what I feel is a predatory practice to try to force people to sign up for their stupid app. I also think this probably violates some sort of "truth in advertising" rules. It has to be illegal to tell people they can't use their treadmill without an app, then trying to force them to buy a subscription to use the app! I think both ProForm and iFIT should be held accountable because they clearly both agreed to this deal.

I purchased an FS10i elliptical, and five months into it, a technician has come out five times to fix various issues with this unit. I just got off the phone with support to schedule my 6th appointment for a technician to repair my newest issue. They will not replace the unit because the 1st issue was outside the 30-day window. I am stuck with a lemon that continues not to work. I am utterly dissatisfied with the FS10i elliptical and will never buy or recommend Nordick track products. Horrible customer service is equal to the horrible ***** elliptical!!

We bought our treadmill during covid and have nothing but problems. We have had every part replacement at least once and some twice. Customer service is absolutely horrible and this should have been considered a lemon but they refuse to do the right thing. They send people out to fix the machine and they end up doing more damage. They order wrong parts and then Nordic wants to charge me more fees to have someone come out again.....ridiculous. This coming should not be allowed to do business this way with us have no recourse. DO NOT BUY ANY OF THEIR EQUIPMENT.

I have an elliptical machine that I use every day. I purchased the iFIT subscription for a year, but never really got into using the programs. After my year subscription was up, they automatically charged my card for another year in advance, which I find very sneaky. I went online and believed I had cancelled it. When I called to try to have them refund the advance charge for the upcoming year, they said it was too late. At this point it was a month in, so I understand that I should pay for the month, but I don't understand why I have to pay for the next 11 months of a service that I am not going to use. To me, this is very shady business. I am very disappointed that companies can get away with this.

Trying to cancel , PERMANENTLY, your iFit membership is IMPOSSIBLE! Once you THINK youve cancelled it and have covered all your bases, they sneak into your account years later and take your $$ for a membership you cancelled over a year ago! I just looked at my account! Here I go again!

iFit is deceptive and fraudulent. Won't renew my membership as individual - only family. **************** is non-existent. Can't warn people away from this company enough.

I just purchased a NordicTrack Commercial ****, which was supposed to be delivered today between **** and **** (16-hour window). The delivery never showed up, leaving my wife and I distraught and aggravated. I called customer service to speak about the matter and did not get any straight answers except cut-and-pasted responses from their policy or shelving the responsibility to their third party contractor. Even though the company completely missed their time window, they wanted us to wait until we received the product before launching any complaint. They continuously stated that the company did not miss their window as it could be delivered later today, and they might have been running behind. This is unacceptable as I was given a 16-hour time window and was expected to be there for the delivery. The customer service agency said there was no supervisor present, even though they just said they would speak to one to find out more about the issue. I then asked for the corporate number and was told they could give me a front desk number, which would lead me back to them. This company is a joke and takes no responsibility for the subcontractors under them. They third partied with my delivery and kept blaming the other company without taking any responsibility for themselves. That contract was a sub to them as the primary contractor, leaving them just as much at fault. The most the company was willing to give us was 4 months of an iFit membership which I had no other option but to take as they had a policy to quote for everything. They stated their fine print is that even with a delivery date and time, they can still expect delivery ***** days past that. Absolutely disgusting business practices and abysmal customer service. I also cannot ask for a refund for the product without paying another $400, even though I still don't have the product! This company should be ashamed of itself, and I do not recommend anyone purchase a product from them.

The treadmill I recently bought is making a loud knocking sound. Sounds like its coming from under the belt. The ifit software isnt registering with my machine. I called customer support and couldnt get through to them. I tried twice and waited for 55 minutes with no response. Very frustrating.

I have a NordicTrack Commerical **** treadmill that worked like a champ up until the latest software version. The treadmill loads, will allow me to use iFIt but not manual mode. When I try manual mode I get an error ***** and the treadmill doesn't work.I worked with the iFit service department through email for several days and made no progress after which I decided to call. I worked with a Customer Support Rep. for about a half an hour trying everything that was suggested previously via email. At the end of the call I was told they don't have software to support my console.I'm in IT and have been for 25 years, I understand technology and software. What iFit did was release software that was autoupdated on my treadmill that had a bug which caused the treadmill to stop working. Now they want me to buy a new console, cheapest on **** is $450, which will support the latest software. Why wouldn't they support rolling back the software to the last known good version, that's what good technology companies do. My loyalty for iFit and NordicTrack was been completely ruined by this poor level of customer service. I feel sorry for anyone who purchases any of their products if this is what they consider customer service.Terrible job and a product with a ton of potential.
