    I have been trying to get a copy of my current contract and payout information for over 2 weeks. Was told they could not email. Standard snail mail only. If not received in 10 days, call back and a second request would generate an email response. Called back after 2 weeks to be told paperwork mailed on October 19th and to allow 3-4 WEEKS for receipt. Refused to email. **************** individual **** said she was a supervisor and no manager available. Very condescending in her attitude. If they can email me statements and other information then emailing contracts and payout information should not be difficult. I think they are just putting me off until my contract pays off. I explained I have a new system and she proceeded to try and sell me a new contract at a lower price. The customer service script is so full of baloney!!!!! Manager refused to call back. This is one of the reasons Im leaving. ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Potential ********************** customers beware!

    This company is horrible. We canceled our contract in writing before the end of service. It was ignored. They continued to charge us for over a year. A second notice was sent, emails, phone calls, still ignored. A third notice was sent. They are STILL trying to collect on a debt we shouldn't even have. They are completely unhelpful and willfully ignore written cancellation requests.

    There has been a lack of support from their support Department. Upgrades to the system were insufficient because they sent a blank flash drive. I've made numerous phone calls to try to rectify signals on the mail box. Also there has been a lack of professionalism in their service department. Upon cancelation, I was given incorrect information to forward a ******** check. Their lack of knowledge to know their forwarding service with the postal service has been canceled has delayed the cancellation process.

    Very good phone support. My system was installed years ago. Any trouble has been handled as quickly as possible. Which they had more technicians available, instead of doing the work initially ourselves as customers.
