Thieves, charging for the same treatment twice, ************** not recognizing initial applications of Borate, sales person can't see past treatment on laptop, not accredited with BBB, ALL COMPLAINTS must go through corp in *******. Beware when they do attic inspection, they fraudulently make up stuff like rat infestation, to upsell you their attic restoration and exclusion services. They quoted me $18,000, and created a sense of urgency. When I hired a second opinion pest service they said I had no issues in my attic other than normal standard activity with mice. And now when I cancelled their services after 25 years of being a customer they are not even willing to prorate my quarterly payment that was made early this month.Terminix

Avoid Terminix. One star is too many. I paid more than $12,000 for what was supposed to be a weekend job. "Work" was spread out weeks apart over 4 months and is still not completed. I haven't heard from them in another almost 5 months. They are frequently late when they do show up, and only stay a short time, a lot of which is spent sitting in their vehicle. Work quality is poor and several items have already been redone, and more is needed. Calls to customer service have been disconnected after large amounts of time on hold. Direct calls to management are not returned. Every step of this process has been a hassle.Terminix

My wife and I signed up for Terminix service to help with a mouse issue we were experiencing in our home. The sales person came to our home and went through everything (so we thought) and we signed the contract. During our consultation it would explained that we could cancel at any time. Fast forward 6 months or so and I call to cancel the service. I am told that I cannot cancel without paying $1090.00. I said I will go read my contract and get back to you. This was a Monday. On Tuesday I receive a voicemail from someone at Terminix to discuss me wanting to cancel. I work in the office on Tuesday and Wednesday so cannot be on personal calls. Wednesday night i receive a notification that Terminix charged $1090 to my debit card. I called Thursday morning and spoke with the employee who left the voicemail. He was going to re-instate the service while we figured this out so I could get the money refunded. I go to the email to review the contract and magically the contract can no longer be viewed and it is also not on the portal. I do not have an extra $1090 laying around. After at least 5 follow up calls and waiting and waiting finally the money is refunded but I still have not received a call from management which is what I requested. I have called them trying to cancel this contract so many times and no one calls back. I finally called my bank and blocked them from processing any further payments. I have NEVER experienced such awful service and hope you take this warning seriously.Terminix

********* Their salesman operated on our fears and basically told us no one else would help us - but Terminix would. Also we were told us wouldn't be billed until first treatment . We were billed nearly entire balance up front. Only two of the five treatments were performed. After several calls, on 10-14-24 the service manager calls and leaves a voicemail stating they were refunding $1250 and it could take up to 4 weeks. Here it is March 2025 and they still have not refunded our money.Terminix

We had our first service in December 2024! Well the following month, January 2025 I noticed we had an upcoming appointment. So I contacted terminix making sure it was correct as what was showing. Well the day came, kids on the bus and packed my cats up and done all the things on the checklist as the paper said and left for the day! Later that evening I contacted them to see if they had been by to do their service. The response I got back was no they had not and that it was rescheduled with out notifying me of this! Well the day came for us to do this routine all over again, mopping sweeping cleaning counters and getting everything up off the floor so they could spray. Kids got on the bus I packed my cats up and left for the day, again! Well I contacted terminix to see if they had been by, guess what??? They hadnt. The technician left a note canceling our appointment basically. I could not reach anyone by phone, so I contacted the guy who came by (sales person) I guess you could say, and was explaining to him about what was goin on! Well he reached out to the guy that was suppose to come and told him to contact me. He did text me but after I responded back I never heard anything back from him! So another guy had contacted us and said he would be there at such and such time and day but we could not do that day as it would be 7 in the morning so he said he would reschedule. Here we r almost 3 months out and they still have not done their monthly service January, February and here it is march and still no communication. I paid the upfront cost and Im ahead 2 payments. If Im goin to pay for a service I want the service done!!! Really upsetting thinking ur money is being thrown away because you arent getting that service!!Terminix

Ive been a loyal Terminix customer for well over 10 years, paying for bi-monthly pest control without issue. But after my recent experience, Ill never do business with them againand I want others to be aware.When I discovered termites, I naturally turned to Terminix. After discussing options for a few weeks, I signed the contract and told the sales *** I wanted to split the payment between my credit card and cash. ** agreed, and I gave him a $1,600 check before any work even started.The wood ***airs were completed on Tuesday, and the pest treatment was done Wednesday by a very nice technician. While showing him the roof, I noticed a ***air wasnt finished, so I sent a picture to the ***. ** agreed to get the crew back out to fix it.Then on Friday, I got an alert on my phone about a large withdrawal from my checking account. I checked, and to my shock, Terminix had taken my $1,600 paper check and processed it electronically as an ACH withdrawalfor the full amount of $4,300! This was not what I agreed to.I immediately called my bank and stopped the payment. When I told the sales ***, he said hed look into it, but I told him not to bother. Once the final ***air is completed, Ill pay what I owebut Ill also be canceling my bi-monthly service.After all my years as a paying customer, I was never offered a loyalty discount for termite treatment, and to make matters worse, they blatantly ignored the payment agreement we made. Thats not how you treat customers. I strongly recommend avoiding ********************** if this is how they do business.I'm only giving them 2 stars because I have had bad customer service from them in the past, but the sales *** and the termite technician were both very nice and agreeable. The company is completely untrustworthy, and I will personally never use a recommend them again! I was told I had to pay a deposit and that I would not be charged until the work was completed. My original order was for $1300 because they were going to Spray for large portions of the house. They did not have an issue. I decided to just do the spa treatment so I called and corrected the order that I just wanted the area with an issue treated and I did not want to do the full attic of the house. The tech came out and completed the work that I requested. However, I was charged for a treatment of the entire attic of my home which was $1300. They told me I would receive a refi within the 48 hours. This refund should be somewhere close to $1000. Its been over a week and I still have not received the refund and every time I call I simply get the runaround! Unscrupulous deceitful sales people. It looks like hes trying to get his bonus before he returns the funds. Either that or theyre just completely mismanaged. ******** customer service never again!Terminix

I called terminix for a bedbugs. Two men came out and to make sure that they are gone and said they can get me financing. When they left they said they would be back. 2 days later I seen more I called The Man they came out asked me if I'm sure that's what I saw Yes I was sure then he left and I called him again a couple days later cuz I found him again and he asked me if I was sure what I was looking at I said yes my mother is 84 and she has bites on her and the doctor said that's what it is so now they want me to pay $1,500 for something that they didn't take care of right I wouldn't got my own can of Brayden I got it and I used it and I just want the people to know $1,500 with them to come out there one time that's not rightTerminix

Terminix is not worth your time. Their website did not work, its 2025, how does your website not work. Their sales representative lied flat out, said he saw termite damage, then the service technician said no. Also, we called for rodents. The sales representative was unprofessional in his dealings with me on the phone and via email. He never called back when he was told to, as well as his manager. He did not care to have us as a customer. There was not one aspect of their company that I can recommend to anyone.Terminix
