      **************** with this organization is horrible! We have been trying to get a billing error corrected since November 2024. Every time we call, we are rerouted to another person. The last 2 times they said they would expedite our problem, to no avail.

      Horrible company, horrible service. Paid over ***** for rats extermination in my attic. Got approved for 8% interest, still paying 18%. They cant or wont get this corrected. I now have rats in my house. They say I have points of access, but they dont fix this. DONT call Terminex, anyone besides this substandard company. I think I need a good lawyer.

      Terrible company. I agreed to pay termined for 2 treatments for roaches in ********, *******. They continued to come out monthly without my permission claiming they did the outside of the house. I called them twice to cancel. Once they get your credit card, you are done. They will steal your money. The pest control did not work at all.

      Terminix is the worst pest control company I have ever used. My husband and I have been paying every month and absolutely no results. I am very upset my dogs are being treated every week for fleas because terminix and there products have not got rid of the fleas in our yard it's been about 6 months

      These reviews are so true, I wish I had read them first. But my daughter had set up with them for the mosquitos. She called them because she had a service with them. Their quote for the pest was high, but I went with it. One thing after another to finish the job, they are horrible. And of course at this point we are 4 days over the 30 days. Then still not showed up today to do the work. Yes do not use them.

      I payed ****** for them to come then 109 a month for a year of course I had a issue with them they was suppose to come and do a check on everything and I get a call from **** saying what do you need I was like ummm I believe a inspection he was clueless of what his job was I called and made a complaint in October and am at to ol waiting for a response so I canceled and they didn't even care to see why. Do not use them they are horrible I have been with them since April sad

      I actually dont want to give any stars but in order to post a review you have to pick one they actually shouldnt be allowed to be in business . My name is ****** ****- Cash and I want to say to anyone even thinking about using Terminix please please be smart and read the negative reviews because they are 100% true. I have a review on trustpilot in reference to my experience with them and I plan to post on social media in the news anywhere I can discuss the cons and ***** these people pull please read my review on trustpilot. Stay away from Terminix or trust me you will regret it while going broke to simply have your house exterminated. Research them there have been several lawsuits against them they also go by Rentokil. In my research I also came across a piece of information on their website that was later taken down that I retained for my records stating you have 30 days to get out of their contract without paying any early termination fees!!

      Terminix is NOT a good company to do business with due to the fact that they do not fulfill promises or follow up with customer as worded in their contract. After processing payment, they placed traps, but per the contract they will come out for a year to assure no rodents are on the property. We've called since November to schedule an appointment, no one has come, we are not allowed to speak with a supervisor or manager, left phone numbers for a callback, and no one calls. I personally would not recommend Terminix to anyone, because they are very unprofessional, and they have bad customer service.
