      As with others, if I could give it zero stars I would. When I realized I was being charged $700 for someone to look around my house and not do anything, I called in Nov 2021 to cancel. Just opened the **** statement and there's a charge (name changed from Terminix to ********************** Company). Called - contract was not cancelled (***** from Terminix told me it had been) and it's an auto renew (I did NOT know that). I was speaking today with ******. Refused to refund. Refused to send me an email confirmation that I have cancelled as of today. Refused to stop talking over me. Do not go near these people. I am only giving it 1 star because zero is not an option,

      Call for appointments and schedule it, they never show up and when calling them they blame it on the system and each-other.once rescheduled it the guy calls the day before telling me that he can come do an inspection only not the service but the 1st time they were not able to do that because quotes are done over phone and thats why they never show up. With them to come out takes forever and never doing their job cause they have excuses to push you until you dont need ten service. Very unprofessional and do not honor the appointment time nor care what you agreed with them. Do not recommend to anyone

      They inspected and never tell you what happen even you asked them.Pandemic give them an excuse of not going over the report with merchant.I literally asked him do we need to do anything and he said everything ok.I have to go online to get the report to see what he has written down. Very sneaky company and try to blame others not taking care of the issue.I'm getting quote from other pest control company now. DO NOT USE THEM!DO NOT USE THEM!

      Scheduled appointment with Terminix after waiting 4hours I called to find out my appointment wasnt scheduled it was a hope we can make it appointment.They told me the appointment I was told originally when I paid was erroneous.This was never mentioned.This is not a reputable company.

      Tried Terminix to see if they changed. They are still horrible in communication, staff issues, scheduling and pushing you into a contract and not getting the services. They kept telling me that **** M is the manager at the **************** but I NEVER got a call back and everything I call they say he is unreachable. I've spoken to *****, then ******* who said ***** shouldn't give out wrong information, then ******, *** and so many others in the ** department. Terminix is still HORRIBLE with getting a manager on the phone. TERRIBLE with scheduling then a no show and telling you your scheduled for another date which I didn't schedule because I get infusions. NOT HAPPY and tried to cancel with email and fax but fax must be disconnected because it never goes through. The email for **** M but it comes back undeliverable. I regret that I thought they have changed. Don't waste your money on this company. You only talk to customer service people by which is always different names. Very bad customer service

      Should be ZERO stars. It's hard to believe the horrible service we are receiving while throwing money out the window on a monthly contract. Took months to get a response and an inspection, months to schedule a termite treatment. Everything was moved out of the house for the scheduled treatment, and NOTHING! We've been waiting for more than a week with everything out of the house. Large lift equipment was unloaded in the driveway and left there, unused. Today that piece of equipment was removed, unused. Many unanswered phone calls, many complaints to corporate, "ESCALATION" of the problem per their customer service. STILL NOTHING. Seems like an attorney will have to be next. STAY AWAY from this company in Manatee county!

      The ********* ********* Terminix office is terrible. They are unprofessional and inept at providing customer service. My last termite inspection was in November of 2021, nine months ago. I have been a Terminix customer for five years and had a top notch technician until they caused him to leave the company. The only contact I have had from them was a letter saying their price was going to go up. I have left messages for my account manager and the branch manager to please call me. Crickets. ***** If you are considering Terminix for any service, I recommend you save yourself time, frustration and money - run away from them.

      Did NOT knock down spider webs or and spiders. I still have water roaches on the grass. They did NOT do anything. I still have spiders, bugs, and new cobwebs. Was told they'd be back out. It's been a week and noone has shown up.

      just getting lost in the flurry of horrible reviews, I guess. Mine is pretty much identical to all of these others. I signed up for service with them. When I attempted to cancel all my services with them (which is an "attempt" to do so, they say they will send it up to their managers - and that is about it). I got an email confirmation saying it was canceled. FF a year later, I get charged even more than I was charged before. I call in, upset and stolen from, just to have them "attempt" to cancel my account and request a refund.

      Scam companies that tricks people into hidden contracts. Called them out to remove wasp from my house. They knocked down the nest and said they will send out an inspector to check the house. Thats where it starts. They make it seem like we had an infestation problem in the attic and needs immediate action. We didnt want any mice issues so we agreed for the exclusion service ($2000) since they said it was extremely necessary. They wanted $8000 to remove all the insulation and sanitize. We said only get rid of the mice and seal them out. They sealed up holes around the house and my any cracks. It was a poor job with silicone all sloppy. They placed a few mice traps in the attic. Then said we can bundle pest with termites and it would be a better deal. I didnt know it was going to be a contract that that you couldnt cancel. They came to check the traps twice and never removed one mouse. For the panic they cause my family and the urgency they expressed I was expecting to see at least one! Now I am stuck paying $230.00 a month for a year. These are scam artist using fear tactics to upsell their poor service. I had the wasp return the next week and that was the initial concerned I had. They told me they cant do anything that the wasp are going to keep coming back. I went to ********** and bought some spray to take care of them myself. I should have done that in the first place and saved thousands of dollars!
