By far the worst customer service and service providers I have ever used.I would give them a zero if that was possible.The technician ***** came out to my home and even though I told him I could not afford a long term plan went ahead to sign me up for some bogus bundle plan I didn't need and meanwhile my main issue was not taken care of. I called to cancel severally but they wouldn't let me and I only met with various rude customer service personnel. The ones who were nice enough took my complaints but never got back to me.This is beyond frustrating being saddled with a service one didn't sign up for and paying exorbitant fees monthly for next to non-existent services rendered which I cannot afford.So disappointed and will never use their services again.***** is more truthful.Terminix

I didn't have any customer service issues, as others are reporting. However, my disappointment is in the product itself. No matter how many times we have them come out, we see no difference in the ant problem around our home. And, yes, I understand that it has been a particularly wet summer. Nevertheless, I have much better success buying and spraying cedar oil or spraying Ortho Home Defense, so we will not be utilizing Terminex again.Terminix

Should be zero - too bad that is not an option. Not surprised to see poor rating, we've had a horrible experience, they were quick to come to house and collect our $2000 for ******************** in 2020. Since May we've been dealing with squirrels in attic then 2 large holes that need fixed. Now we are trying to sell our home and could lose the sale due to this company's inability to come fix the issue. Called again today and you can talk to a manager or get any escalation support on your time, they promise they call, then same circle of incompetence continues. Next step is to file complaint with BBB. If we are lucky enough to get this fixed and sell our home, we will NEVER do business with Terminix again and I will make sure everyone I know or interact with knows why.Terminix

If I could give zero stars, I would. We called terminix on 8/21 for flea removal services and scheduled an appointment for 8/23/22 from **** and was told wed receive a call that morning. 10:30am and still no word from terminix so I call customer service to find our appointment was changed and pushed for 3 days later after we had taken off work and done all the prep. Then in the span of my 30 minute phone call trying to get this figured out, our appointment was completely canceled without our consent. Stay far away from this company!!!! They are a complete joke.Terminix

As a customer of 15 years for **********************, I was offered a home inspection for free by the call center. The Tech came to my house and did a 10 minute inspection. I was traveling for work, my wife was home. After exiting my attic, he showed my wife an array of pictures on his cell phone and weaved a tale of mold, bats, mice, and pest f**** all over the place. My wife called me and on the phone Tech said he'd send me a text of the photos, a contract of services which would include removing and replacing the insulation after the mold was mitigated, installing an electric actuated roof vent, a ***** vent, replacing the vinyl soffits with metal, putting a metal sheet around the base of the house under the vinyl siding and put barriers under the corner trim. The great news? They had a team ready to come and do all this work for $17,000.Imaging my surprise when I got no texts or no contract that day or the next. I will admit I called my long time service contact, not Tech due to confusion over similar names to request the text photos, contract and confirm no work was to be done on my house. 2 days later I told the team leaving for my house that I authorized no work. This job cancellation got me a call from a manager and my missing photos and contract. Upon receipt of the text photos I could see mold on one wall. There was no massive evidence of animals, nor entry points, nor carcasses. The contract only said Terminix would add insulation to my attic, visually inspect my vinyl soffits and do a rodent barrier program at their discretion. Not much work for a lot of money Despite two weeks of trying to get a real contract with the evidence the Terminix contract says Tech should have written up from his inspection, I have nothing but a vague email from Tech. The ****** post contract email scope is not close to what I was sold. I don't do business with companies that pressure sell my wife and then sign my name to a contract when I was not there. I do not recommend Terminix.Terminix

This review is about Terminix inspector ************, ******* the technician that serviced our home, and ******* the new technician that was supposed to service our home. I would like to start by saying all staff were very polite and courteous for the most part. I am unhappy with ****** inspection and the fact that either they sent him out a second time without confirming with me or he just showed up on his own randomly a second time after my initial complaint that I will detail below. During ****** first visit he entered our home and walked in the garage where I pointed out the mouse p*** that I noticed and then he stood in the crawl space and told me there was mouse p*** there too and we have 2 mouse families. It is important to note that we do not live here yet as we just purchased the home on 08/02/2022. Initially, I wanted Terminix to come look for rodents as I have a phobia and then later I called back before my first and only inspection from **** to ask them to look for the spiders as I noticed lots of spider webs and some spiders inside the home. **** only "inspected" the garage and then stood in the crawl space and then tried to upsell me some several thousand dollar exclusion plan. I do believe he may have looked around outside as well. Luckily, we did not qualify for financing plans. The technician ******* was very polite as well but he did not treat the inside of the home for insects, because "spraying inside will attract mice to the inside of the home." During ****** second unannounced visit he informed us that the insect spray does not attract mice and he was not sure why the inside was not sprayed. We were promised a second technician as ******* stopped answering my messages anyway. The new technician ******* told us that he spoke to our inspector and would only come back to treat the wasps outside and that he spoke to **** earlier. They still were not coming to spray inside. ******* told us to get a new inspector to get the job done correctly.Terminix

Horrible service. Worst experience ever. They come and made a mess knock down my chimney cover steeped all over my plants and my lights.. They where careless overall. Never even bother to tell me they broke my tiles on the roof. Then they said i needed to buy insurance for damages which was 700+ on top of the service, which will ONLY cover 40 tiles and it was MY responsibility to fix the rest. Be aware ***** the sales person scrowled thru everything himself and had me initial everything without explaining throughly and clearly. Warranty he said, was for ceramic tiles, I have concrete. He said it be fine. But it is not. On top of it they **** me twice. Worst company ever. Stay away from termix. Even if you get their insurance you will end up paying for damages.Terminix

My daughter waited at our home all day last Wednesday for a tech. No show. I called Terminix to find out why and was told the appointment was cancelled. I asked "Who cancelled as it was not me!". The agent could not tell me. I requested an appointment immediately and was promised that a manager would contact me within ***** hours. (Thursday or Friday). Here it is Monday and still no call from the manager! I requested an appointment immediately and was told the same as last week---a manager will call you within ***** hours. I advised the agent that I am still waiting from last Friday for that call and that I would like to fill the managers home with ********* ants and get back to them in a week or so with an appointment date. Horrible customer service and don't have another $300 to give another company to come out and take care of this! The tech did not take down cobwebs as we were told either. Do not use this company! I would give Terminix a negative 5 stars being that none of the promises were held.Terminix

Do not buy a termite bond with this company. Ive had a termite bond with this company for over ******************************************************************************************** my flower bed and they stated that was a bridge for the termites to get to my house.Terminix
