      I had a bad experience with Terminix. They did an "exclusion" on my house during a mouse infestation and then I signed up for a monthly service that costs $115.99 each month. Within weeks of the exclusion, the mouse problem continued and intensified. I called and cancelled my monthly service, and I received an email on March 15, 2022 that said my service had been cancelled. I discovered the next month that they were still charging me. I've called several times to dispute this and cancel the service (again!) and each time I'm told that they had to call me for me to be able to cancel. So, this morning I finally filed disputes with my bank, who recommended that I also file here.

      Pretty disappointed. I've use Terminix for many years. Kept giving them the benefit of the doubt but, scheduling was horrible. I asked them to give a heads up upon arrival because I have 3 large dogs. But they never did and showed up on days not scheduled , went outside on my porch only to be scared to find the tech in back!!! Finances were budgeted tight so I went with payment option. Monthly. Called to pause service for a few months to gather finances due to covid loss wages. Spoke with manager ********************* he assured me that he would personally check with me and see if I was ready to reinstate service July/August 2022. I never heard back. Today I called to "reinstate" for him to say I was not eligible unless I pay for a full year!! Honestly???? End result. Aggravated and I do not recommend this company.I went with a different company.

      I been using terminix for years, and I had an appointment for Sat. Aug. 13, between 12:00 and 1:30 I stayed home all day no one ever showed up nor call to let me no that wasn't coming, I had a job for that sat. I paid them in advance

      I scheduled an appointment online for terminix but when the appointment day came they never showed up I called them they assured me someone would be coming but no one ever came. I followed up the next day they said we didn't have an appointment scheduled ever and we could officially schedule an appointment so I did that. And they never came again. They don't seem to know what is going on they tell you you have an appointment then you don't then they say you do then they say you never scheduled one apparently they don't know their head from hole in the ground and don't honor appointments or follow up with customers seeking their services. I used the "easy* online scheduling which they did not honor and never showed.

      After our last Terminex treatment, we noticed something splattered over multiple windows and several places on our siding. I called Terminex, 3 technician visits were scheduled, but the technician never showed. He did leave us a voicemail saying that he googled it and it was pollen. It is not pollen. I then called Terminex again. Supervisors, mangers, branch managers did not return my 4 phone calls. I finally called and said I was going to file an executive complaint. A manager called me back and insisted it was pollen, again without viewing the problem. He also stated this has never happened. This was a total lack of customer focus/concern.I would leave 0 stars if it was an option.

      If I could give them zero stars I would.Terrible customer service. they charged me $850 for taking care of a mouse problem. Set up 8 mouse traps and never contacted us. We have tried to cancel our policy for months, because what was sold to us is not what we received. I have been calling the call center for 2 months trying to get a refund, kept getting told they would call me in ***** hours, Never got a call back!! Today, the *** (not the manager) said they would not refund us. This company is TERRIBLE!!!

      We had to use Terminix for a termite inspection recently. The inspector came out and ended up charging us for more than the inspection required and did a whole house inspection which we did not ask for. We were ultimately over charged for this service and didn't get refunded the extra amount. This was 8 months ago. Today I received a call that they wanted to schedule our continuing inspection service, which I never authorized or asked for, and that they had taken a sum of $339 out of my checking account automatically. Again... I didn't authorize that either. We are in contact with them about this fraudulent practice. We left them for pest control service many years ago because they were charging our credit card... again which I didn't authorize them to do. The only reason we used them again is because we needed an inspection soon for a VA loan. This confirmed that leaving them was in our best interest. This is a terrible company with shady accounting practices. They are a poor choice of company for what they provide and are unfriendly to veterans. Go to any other company or consider doing it yourself!

      I paid $1620 for an exclusion service. I was told they would seal the entire house, match exterior paint with sealant, seal under siding, go over house with a fine tooth comb. First visit consisted of one crawl space vent sealed done sloppy. I brought to there attention 3 other access points easily found. They applied chalk not even sealing the holes entirely and causing excessive bleed to the exterior paint of the house. Inspector admitted the job was terrible. They were out two other times to fix after my complaints. Applied spray foam to exterior making the exterior look even worse. Now my phone calls are not answered. I could have completed the work they did for $50. I also paid for vapor barrier/dehumidifier instillation. More spray foam to the exterior, drilled into my brand new gutter without approval, and one room in crawl space was not completed. Total **** cost 5k. Holes in crawl space with pest entry were not sealed before vapor barrier was put down. **************** referred me to manager who will not respond. I was promised work that technicians were not properly trained to do.

      I have had the most amazing experience with the staff from Terminex - **********, ******** area. ****** is amazing and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. I have/ had a german ***** problem. He knew how they probably got into my home, knew where the nests were, and knew where they moved after he attacked their homes. I can GRATEFULLY say that there is an amazing difference so far and I feel its only going to get better. Thank you ****** and Terminex for your help!

      Terminex is awful. Had them come out to my parents home for bed bugs and pt. close to $3000.00 and the bed bugs are still present. The manager told me that he someone must be bringing them in, which isn't true and he was going to send someone out for the last time. The first time I signed the contract and they came out, I couldn't get anyone to come out and then when I started calling everyday and had to call manager, regional manager they finally sent someone out but the technician stayed 5 minutes. They don't honor their contract and the job was not done properly and still stuck with paying them close to ****** monthly. Clearly they are only concerned about the money and # of contracts and not their clients!!!!
