      Very poor customer service. Our business actually has an account. However, with a tracking number and later a customer pick up number, they have still not picked up my shipment. That would be an entire week in which Fedex has not responded. Very unreliable. Some of us would like to carry on with business.I'll be trying *** and see if they are interested in actually acting like a shipping company.************************* ****************************

      Ordered a Starlink kit ($600). It was supposed to be delivered via FedEx July 17, 2022. It was marked delivered at 11:38am that day. No package. Checked security cameras (I live in a rural area with just about no traffic at all). Not a single vehicle drove by or near my property from 10am to after 1pm that day. I don't know where they delivered it, but it wasn't anywhere on the road I live on. I bet the driver took it.FedEx claimed they were 'researching' the package and then told me that it was indeed delivered (I would love to know how they know that) and to take it up with the sender (Starlink).Starlink rocks and immediately dispatched a replacement kit - THROUGH FEDEX. Oh no. This one is supposed to be delivered tomorrow. I will be watching and waiting. I will be at the driveway. They will not show up. I refuse to use any company that uses FedEx from here on out.

      FedEx is incompetent. They claim packages are delivered. When maybe one out of 10 make it. And those are thrown out at the back of the house by a garage, left at an unknown neighbors address, or basement door. Then when you call to tell them it was not delivered, (file a claim) you must notify the company you ordered from and they need to file the claim. Such idiocy. All this after you enter in specific directions for delivery. Their telephone system is set to send you round in circles going no where. Fedex does not care and takes no responsibility. Minus 5 stars.

      FedEx had had my package from July 13 until today. July 21. The keep giving me delivery pending messages. Its been in ******** for over a week. I live in the state directly south of Colorado,**********. I can get no help from them, only excuses.

      I paid for next day delivery, as of now its two days past when it was supposed to be and still not here. Not one person has tried to reach out and apologize or even act they they care. I cannot believe such a big company has such a trash way of doing business.

      I would to warn people about FedExs guaranteed delivery policy. I had a package going from the ** to ***** and was guaranteed to be delivered on June 28th, it arrived on July 1st at a cost of $96. I tried to get a refund for 21 days including many calls and an email to billing and was informed that my claim was denied because the airplane used was delayed. Really !!Do not trust Fedex.

      FedEx lost my package of medication that I couldn't get filled in the state I was visiting. They claimed it had been delivered, even though it never reached me. They failed to get the name of the "doorman" with whom they supposedly left the package with. I was on the phone for hours while on what was supposed to be a ********************** with my son while trying to track the package down, and while my body was freaking out due to abruptly halting the medication.They kept saying that they would follow up with me, but they never did. They promised they would send something to my doc letting them know that my meds didn't make it to me so that I could get re-prescribed the med. Because of them, I had to suffer through my whole trip. They owe me another vacation! Their customer service is incompetent and horrible.

      A 1 star is to good for FedEx. They are the worst delivery company to date. This is not my first complaint concerning FedEx but something has to be done. I am not sure if its the employees or the administration. They have a problem delivering packages of all shapes and sizes. Yesterday Wednesday at 11:47 I received a text message stating that my package was delivered. I waited until 12pm to go down stairs to check, because I know how they lie. The package wasn't there. I went back at 4pm the package was not there. I called FedEx to speak with a supervisor, I did his name was ****** and the complaint number is **** are the last 4 digits. I requested a refund on my packages, I was sent am email stating that I would have to wait 30days. I will be contacting Kohls to report a case of fraud and will report it to my bank in order for me to receive my refund before 30days. This company really needs to received a montary find in order for things to change with their system. People who paid money for their products shouldn't have to go through this every time you order on line. Thanking you in advance.

      ************ July 21,2022 The FedEx delivery service is the worst service I have ever had in many years. The package can come from across the country within a few days and then sit in my home state for over 5 days without a pending date given or a delivery date. I contacted the company online and could not get answers to when I would be seeing the delivery since I could not get a human to speak with and the computer service kept repeating the info that I had already given to them and knew from the tracking given at the time of purchase from the seller. Packages from FedEx are always late. From now on when ordering from various companies, I will ask them to not use FedEx for deliveries to me. This whole experience this time around has been frustrating and unnecessary to say the least. In this " day and age" it's a wonder that they are still in service. My advice to all businesses is to not use this company for deliveries, because it may cost them sales.

      We get a lot of ********************************* has lost packages multiple times. The driver is also constantly leaving our packages at our various neighbor's houses. I'll get a text that my package was delivered and I have to *********** my neighborhood for it. They are typically heavy packages that I have to carry home from other homes. I called customer service to find out about one of my currently lost packages and also let them know about the driver delivering them to the wrong house. The man I spoke to was rude & said they aren't responsible for the drivers & that I had to leave a note in delivery instructions saying to make sure it's the right house. I told him it's not MY job to make sure the driver is doing their job. He also said there was no information on when my package would be delivered that is already late. Unfortunately, FedEx is the carrier for Chewy where I regularly order from.
