      FedEX is the worst company in America. They consistently steal packages. I wish they would get boycotted and shut down permanently. Absolute disgrace.

      I am filing this complaint regarding a misleading and frustrating experience I had while using FedEx services to apply for a passport renewal and a new child passport.I was directed to what appeared to be an official or authorized passport service site through FedEx, and based on the presentation and branding, I believed I was engaging with a government-affiliated or officially recognized provider. However, I later realized the site was operated by a third-party company that charges high fees and does not have official standing with the *************************Upon discovering this, I contacted the company immediately to cancel my order. I explained that I felt misled and did not wish to proceed. Despite my request, they refused to cancel the order or offer a refund.I believe this is a clear case of misrepresentation and unethical business practices. The service was not clearly labeled as third-party, and their refusal to honor a prompt cancellation is unacceptable, especially given the sensitive nature of passport information.

      Really frustrating that the only way they will help over the phone is by having a tracking number and that's after figuring out how to bypass the automated system to actually talk to a human. If I had a tracking number, I probably wouldn't be calling. No payroll, today is payday, not given the tracking number, its a Thursday afternoon before a Monday holiday and we don't work on Fridays. Thanks a lot.

      The customer service people were stellar. The delivery service is crap. My package has been in Tallahassee for over a week and they lied about trying to deliver it. One, they said they couldn't find my house. The other lies were that they tried to deliver it. The third lie was they needed additional information. None of that is true. They don't even need a signature. They could have left the package at any time just like the one they managed to deliver today from another company. I will be making every effort to not use Fed Ex for any deliveries in the future. They even make the USPS look good and the post office has sent my mail to Puerto Rico.

      I would hive 0 stars if I could, ***************** drivers just throw packages on driveway, don't even walk to your door with it. Boxes are always damaged and opened, I've had this experience multiple times, not by choice, unfortunately when I order from vendors they choose fed ex as their carrier, I've put in multiple complaints with them.

      My package has been in ********, ca for a week. I needed it 2 days ago for an event. This is ridiculous. I ordered it on the 6th of May and it's now the 22nd. It was soposed to be here a week ago.

      Apparently, the employees of FedEx cannot read numbers that are very clear on peoples mailboxes. They also have not figured out the customers do not want them to drive in a big circle in their yard over and over again. Our packages are delivered to someone else. Its absolutely ridiculous. Im pretty sure they get paid enough to know how to read, a mailbox with the big green sign on it with white lettering that says 140. As I am forced to give them a one when it should have been zero I will go ahead and say they need a zero

      Two days ago I received a notification that my package had been delivered. The picture provided in the email was not my porch. Once I confirmed I had not received the package, I filed a claim with FedEx who sent me an email asking me to describe what my house looks like? Dumb system but okay. Anyway, I did that and now two days later they email me saying "We have all the information available and after researching your case, we found it was delivered correctly."At this point I was obviously upset so I called their customer service line who clarified that they recognized they made a mistake and delivered to the wrong address, they dispatched the driver to the incorrect address they had mistakenly delivered to, and my package was no longer there so they recommended I follow up with the shipper and then they sent me the email telling me they did their job correctly.Make it make sense.

      My frustration regarding the delivery of my package, which was scheduled for May 20 with a signature required. Despite waiting at home during the specified delivery window, I received a notification stating that no one was home and that a delivery attempt would be made the following day. This was perplexing, as we have a Ring doorbell, and upon reviewing the footage, there was no sign of the delivery driver.On the next day, I waited at home again. At 1:07 PM, I received another notification indicating that the driver, identified as *****, had attempted delivery but found no one home. I immediately checked the area and reviewed the camera footage, but there was no evidence of the driver or the delivery vehicle.Given these circumstances, I am led to believe that the delivery attempts were not genuine. I contacted customer service, but they were unable to provide assistance or escalate the issue. As a result, I am left uncertain about the whereabouts of my package and am seeking clarification on the next steps.
