      Fraud horrible system stated attempted delivery and rep tried to cover up until they were clearly busted for lying and not even making the attempt to deliver two days in a row!!! Do NOT USE or TRUST Fed-Ex or any of their employees!Clearly willing to lie and their system is set up to deceive paying customers. Charge for services not rendered!!!Absolute rip off!! Worst part two separate employees at different times blatantly lied with no remorse when caught.Must be Fed-Exs model of customer service get their money then just bs them and when caught., oh well we got your money anyway sucker!!!!!

      If there was a 0 star rating, I would give it in a heartbeat. I was expecting two important packages (signature required) and received notification that they were going to be delivered on 7/24. I spent all day waiting for the packages and fortunately, I had the balcony door open and was able to hear the Fedex box drive by. I live in a townhouse and the garage is on another street. Rather than driving to the next street over to get to the front door, I saw on the Fedex app that my packages were not delivered due to "customer not available." How do you have the audacity to put that in the system if you don't even attempt to deliver them? How do you make a judgment that the customer is not home if all they do is do a quick drive-by on the street where all you see are garage doors are closed. Fortunately, I was able to track down the truck and made the delivery person get the packages out of the truck and hand-deliver them to me. Shame on you Fedex! Such a crappy experience and this is no way you treat your customers this way. Do your jobs and read all the complaints about your system, your drivers, and your service and DO SOMETHING.

      A Fed ex supervisor told me all cooler items (items sent with cold packs) go out the night they receive them even if it says ground. Saturday night I received an email stating the scheduled delivery is Sunday 7-24-2022. Now when I called because they changed the date on the website they told me Monday or Tuesday. It is well over 90 degrees out which means my insulin will not be cold and will be useless, not to mention I will have to wait again for my meds which will leave me without medication. If I could leave a negative star review I would.

      I am waiting on an expensive package Ive been keeping up with the tracking. It said the package was out for delivery so I sat here waiting on my package. I was excited that it was going to be delivered. Then I decided to track it again because I was waiting lol. The driver said he attempted delivery at 10:03. I was sitting on my porch waiting and fedex never showed up. So I called customer service to find out where they tried to deliver said package and they told me to my house. I said no he didnt Ive been sitting here all morning and no one has been here. So the representative told me they were going to redeliver it today. Then I get a text notification saying it will be delivered tomorrow.. Fedex that is very poor customer service! I will refrain from using fedex again.

      Worst delivery service ever I had no choice in the matter when you buy things online they never asked you what shipping company you want them to send your stuff with so you are stuck with crappie delivery company like FEDEX my stuff is over a WEEK Late l have got one email saying one item has been delivered already and it hasn't yet arrived I called them and asked about it they said some one would call me back to find out wear my package is no reply from FEDEX been 3 days I want to now how can the BBB give them a A+ rating when they have all kinds of complaints against them

      The Fedex ******* location which is the headquarters for this area staff some of the most unprofessional people i have ever had the misfortune of experiencing. They have workers who think its appropriate to curse and speak disrespectfully to the customers when they themselves are too lazy to fulfill the very basics of their jobs like deliver packages without damage, to the correct addresses, and to delivery packages to an appropriate location. They also, intentionally, deliver packages to the wrong addresses and steal packages. The supervisors and staff all need to be fired and the company needs to rehire professionals.

      **** poor service. Point blank period. They leave packages just sitting around for several days because their drivers are lazy and dont want to deal with them. Worthless employees and worthless company.
