  F*** FedEx flat out plain and simple. Order a part 3hrs 13 min from my house. Now 3 days later and no clue were it is. Fedex can not give me a answer as to its lie after lie from them. Yesterday it was out for delivery so they say but now today it's still in *******. I live in ****. That makes 0 sense. Fedex needs to be investigated and or shut down

  Fed X is the worst shipping company EVER. They NEVER deliver on time. Their customer service and delivery drivers are the worst. No wonder their rating is 1.04/5, Id give them a zero but it wasnt a choice. Unfortunately companies like ******* and Target only care about their costs and how mush money they save by using such a horrible company. They dont care about the consumer. Fed X takes no responsibility for being late with shipments. They dont care because they know that those companies are not going to stop using them. It is a shame but that is what this country has become.

  Epic failure as a shipping service. Their drivers are 100% garbage human beings. I've had a set of large speakers delivered that one of these idiots destroyed by throwing it on my porch, sent that one back. I had a Blu-ray player delivered by FedEx that quite literally was run over by a vehicle and smashed. They had the courtesy to repackage this destroyed item in an empty bulk paper towel box and deliver it anyway. Today, much like most of their deliveries, they are late and the scheduled deliver isn't happening as they scheduled. Just thought I'd share what a piece of trash company this is. *** on the other hand- always professional, always on time and none of my items are destroyed when they deliver, which is a huge plus.

  Frequently claim to have attempted delivery when they dont knock, dont call, we are home, no package arrives. I literally think the drivers just decide they are done for the day and **** the packages undeliverable to go home early. They suck!!!

  I wish I could give 0 stars for this being the worst experience with shipping Ive ever had, from customer service on the phone to the reps at the facility, I hope that fedex is never able to deliver my packages again. Additionally the original package they delivered was extremely obviously damaged and they chose to deliver it in pieces anyway. When they tried to deliver the replacement they put they that attempted delivery on a package that required no signature and never showed up, I stayed home from work and even rolled my camera back.

  I'd give 0 stars if possible. I will never use fed ex again. Bought a washer from prime, for 3 straight days they couldn't find my address now I'm picking it up from their warehouse. Slc is divided between west and east sundresses easiest grid pattern in any state but do you think fed ex who does this for a living could figure this out....no

  A very valuable parcel shipped by FedEx has been stuck at one of their shipping locations for days according to THEIR tracking report. Today I tried to communicate with their online bot. The bot says that the tracking number is not a FedEx tracking number. Cutting and pasting the FedEx tracking number from the FedEx tracking page into the bot chatbox repeatedly turned up the same answer. An attempt to have the bot navigate to the web page where the tracking number and transit report are was not understood by the bot. All attempts to find help elsewhere on the FedEx site led me back to the bot. Where does one find a real, live person to communicate with? I would never, ever recommend FedEx to anyone. If you have any other shipping choices, take them!!!

  This is not the first time that Fed ex carelessly delivered my package somewhere else other then the address on the package or invoice. I asked several times when will the drivers be held responsible for giving my packages to the wrong address. I dont ever get a response. That package was supposedly delivered on the 18th at my house. It was NOT, I asked for proof of delivery they could not give me proof. If I realize that a company will be using fed ex I refuse to order from them. This has been an ongoing issue with them.
