      Did not follow instructions for a Vacation Hold. I had numerous packages...some large and heavy...coming during a time we unexpectedly were going to be away, so I went online and set up a vacation hold. FedEx delivered anyway. I called FedEx customer service three times over three days and spoke to five individuals in two departments. Two of the reps called the **************** servicing center about the issue, and still packages were delivered. Needless to say, this was an extreme problem for me. It is very frustrating that people cannot and do not do their jobs. If FedEx is going to offer a ********************** then they need to give it! Horrible experience! Totally unacceptable!

      I ordered my medication and paid for promise delivery on last Sunday! FedEx has the nerve to tell me as a customer that they have no b promised delivery date and my meds is on a truck pending delivery! That is unacceptable and if they can't deliver then drop the **** delivery fee! This is unacceptable and I wouldn't expect this from a company so large. Don't blame this s*** on Covid either. Pathetic

      Pathetic delivery service. 15 lb. package picked up in *****ern ******* on a Tuesday. Made it as far as ******** ******* on Thursday were it sat for 3 days. Monday it showed " in transit" to **********, **. I called and was assured by customer service that it would be delivered to my home in **********, **. by the end of the day that same Monday. Just tracked it again and it says it will be delivered by the end of the day Tuesday. Did a full tracking number check and it shows it is still sitting in ******* at 11:59 P.M., now with a "problem with the label". I got 5 bucks says it won't make it by the close of business Tuesday either. ******* is still 200 plus miles ***** of me.

      Unfortunately the company that I order from has no other choice then to send by FedEx; I have an order sent to me every month and every month it's the same waiting game! Expected delivery confirmed for one day then delay delay delay for days on end!! Last month it took 12 days to receive parcel after original notice of expected delivery date. FedEx has absolutely no clue about customer service

      I think the only reason FedEx is still in business is because they offer discounts for other businesses to use them, however they deliver wrong over 50% of the time and the other 50% of the time, the package shows up looking like it was kicked the whole way there. I recently had a package shipped for work (tissue samples so not something that can be replaced) using priority overnight (Which if you don't know is ridiculously expensive). Package showed delivered but the address they delivered it to was not what was on the package. You call customer service and all they do is "open a case". This must be code for hope you just give up and let it go. Every time I called, there was no update to this supposed case, but I would randomly have someone tell me that a truck was going to get it only to call back hours later when I hadn't heard anything to be told that that's not the case and its still being "investigated". There is nothing to investigate, the address they delivered it to is right on the tracking. It should be as simple as them scheduling a truck to pick it up and redeliver and if you ask for a manager or to talk to anyone else, they ignore you and just repeat the same BS they have already told you. This whole company should be shut down since they can't seem to handle the one thing they are hired to do.

      If I could give no star, I would.I understand with staff shortage, delays could happen. But I do NOT tolerate lying.I was tracking my shipment through fedex website. Closer to the estimate delivery time I checked and saw that shipment was attempted to be delivered but I was not at home.I called FEDEX and left my buzzer number and requested it to be tried again and this time waited for the buzzer at the promised day. I also had my family member stay home to pick the shipment home.Fast forward (2 days after), the day arrives. I get no call and see FEDEX update that delivery attempt was failed. I called customer agent again to see what happened.She said as FEDEX tried to deliver it 3 times, they can't deliver it anymore and will need me to pick it up. I told her that the story doesn't match cause I am only aware of twice, and I got no buzzer calls - nothing. So how can I trust that the delivery actually was attempted. I understand that customer agents can't see much so I said that I will go pick it up but I require compensation for my time and the delay of this gift. She apologized for the inconvenience. I know it isn't the customer agent's fault and I don't want to blame it on her. But FEDEX, you really need to hire better delivery people or a better system to prove that your guys were actually there buzzing.Plus, this is not the first time hearing these things. My coworker was AT HER HOME and got a notification delivery attempt failed.TEACH YOUR DELIVERY STAFFS TO READ ADDRESS OR FIND BETTER STAFFS WHO DON'T LIE. THESE SMALL NUMBER OF DELIVERY STAFF are making other good delivery staff look bad.

      Don't know from day to day where the driver will leave my package. but it is rarely on the front porch Last week they left our shipment in front of our barn.Not even close to the house.I have talked to the driver and thought all was good guess not.

      Package from ******* scheduled for delivery on ***** and showed "Out for Delivery". Waited all day only to have the status changed to "Delayed - Scheduled for Delivery Next Business Day". Well, here it is the next business day, and no status change. Even their CS agent blew me off. F**k FedEx; they are just as bad as ***** For this reason, I'll not shop anywhere that uses FedEx, or doesn't give me another choice of shipper. FedEx is PATHETIC...

      This is the worst delivery/shipping company to ever entrust your package. Twice they lost my package, sending me email about it being delivered. O both occasions someone was home, and no FedEx driver came to deliver any package. I filed complaints on both occasions, only to be told that after their investigation they will have to deny my claim. These practices are unfair to us the general public. And the company does nothing to address this ongoing debacle.
