      This is for fedex in general. I never get anything delivered on time or undamaged. Why is it that every package I order makes it to ****** then it randomly shipped back across the country everytime then I get some excuse of why my delivery is delayed. There's no customer service to send complaints to and they don't care about the service they provide to people. Never use fedex if it's avoidable

      I have multiple packages that have started coming to me, I have explained multiple times to multiple people I live at the apartment offered by my job. I do not understand why no one can seem to understand my residential address is the same as my business address, is it really that hard to open a business and ask? Customer service lies and hangs up on me. I'm utterly disgusted by this how many more people do I have to explain this to, because ***** is way to excessive. If I could get my product locally I would instead of going this s*** for days. Ended up having to drive 40 miles round trip just for 1 package who is going to reimburse my time, and money for gas and loss of work due to having travel to pick up a package. Absolutely no one! Finally received packages 2 and 3 but only after I called the local fed ex ground and arguing with them. I don't get why this being my residential address as well can not seem to be communicated even though I have explained it to ***** people even offered to email proof. This has been almost a week long ordeal and I would not recommend using fed ex it disgusting how you treat customers!

      I sent a package a to ******* since April. The package got stuck for custum clearance. Numerous phone calls here and to Fedex representive in ******* didn't solve the issue After 2 months they ask me to send receipts of the items . I sent the e-receipts and after 2 weeks I call back they told me the e-receipts were rejected. I ask for my package to be returned and now they want me to pay for everthing: storage fee, clearance fee and some more fees for the amount of over $250 .I sent package to ******* before by US postal service and it was faster, cheaper with no issues.With Fedex expect to get the WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They would never call you or update you on arising issues! I just called again and what i got is this : " Ok sir i will put a note about your call" I will never deal with fedex again and would never recommend their service I leave 1 star rating because i was not given the choice to put zero star

      This is ongoing huge issue with them in ************. 1st one of my packages was delivered to the wrong house, I spend 3 hours with rep from Fedex on the phone who only was keep saying that I signed for a package which I did not, I resolved this issue with the store directly not with fedex. next my passport went missing. It was shipped via Fedex, required signature, 3 days straight we were home only to finaly get sticker on the door stating 3 attempts were made no one was home. we reviewed cameras and fedex came 1 time only, we were watching delivery guy not ringing door **** just placing sticker on the door and running away. Again hours on the phone only for them to tell me to come and pick it up. Most recent from today: fedex delivered my Proactive package on 7/15/22. Funny is no fedex approached my house from 7/11/22 up until today 7/27/22, no help from Fedex, I resolved this with Proactive and got my replacement shipped but had to cancel my membership because they are using fedex and if this happens again they will not replace my order thinking I am simply scamming them for extra product. how this company is still allowed to do business in USA? People are paying money, not getting their packages and any help from them.

      They notified me and Amazon my package was delivered at 2:42 PM.No package.Checked the security camera footage, no truck, no delivery person, and no package. We use over a dozen cameras at the property, no package.They're dishonest and I'll never buy another product from a company who ships using FedEx.Everytime I've dealt with FedEx it caused me headaches.

      So FedEx keeps telling me that my address does not exist and everytime I get a a package delivered it is either damaged or lost so either they are stealing the packages or go "missing". Tired of it so I wish business big and small are accountable if not then why do better business bureau even exist for

      FedEx was great in ****. However, here in **** they're an annoyance. They shipped my package as FedEx smartest with the ** BOX delivery and decided to "Correct" my ** BOX address too a home address and delivered my package to a random home address instead of simply taking it too the post office.Luckily the package had my phone number on the label and the person who received it was able too contact me or else it would've been losses.They never contacted me directly with the number that was on the label in order to get my home address and just sent it out carelessly.An expensive item could've been lost due too carelessness.

      FedEx Express has charged us for a carton size that we did not ship. The charge is 4X the actually shipment price through FedEx Ship Manager. Requested for dispute and provided documentation. Been denied 4x's. Treasury Customer Service cannot assist because the item has been denied. No other management escalation. We now have late charges on top of the shipping charge. ******************* cannot waive late charges until the invoice is paid. No assistance, just apologies for the inconvenience.

      My FedEx account number is *********** Last November my ********************** **** showed a balance of almost $4000.00.. I have been begging them for help on this since last November. Finally, yesterday, they told this entire was was my fault and if I do not pay the balance due in two days my account will be closed or deactivated. They told me that I was paying my bills through my bank and that will in the end cause this issue. I was told this yesterday. I have been paying the same way for ten years. One day it does not work and I am not told this. Then I had a sales rep that refused to call me for any reason to help clear this up. He was promoted to a higher position if you can believe that. I have never been treated so poorly by a company. This is just astounding. Sad too because they are so big and make so much money that they do not care about my issues. Very sad.
