    If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered from Rugs.com before and had a great experience. This time I wanted to use 2 gift cards and my charge card to pay for the rug. They do not offer this option on the site, so I called a representative. They transferred me a few times, and I got a person who said they knew how to use 3 cards for payment. I gave the #s and waited 6 days for the rug to ship. I called to check on the status and was told one card had not been processed. It was because they tried to overcharge one of the cards. The girl said she refunded one card, and all was good now. I got a call from her 2 hours later saying it did not work. I called again, and the guy said nothing was refunded and the order had been canceled. I was very patient. I wanted this rug, but Rugs.com was not willing to replace the order. He said he would but was in a hurry to get off the phone. So I am sad because I wanted that rug and I am very dissatisfied with customer service. Why couldn't he just replace the order instead of repeating over and over that nothing was refunded and the order was canceled?

    This is my second purchase and just like the first, the rug is absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. I'm extremely happy that the pictures match the products and will definitely be ordering again!

    I have ordered from Rugs.com three times. Each time, rugs and pads were delivered quickly. Quality is wonderful on everything I have ordered. I don't look anywhere else when I want a rug. Selection and prices are always great.

    Very pleased with the rug! It has an aged vintage look to it. The pad is great, very thick, but a little too wide so needs trimming. Overall good experience!
