    *** arrived rolled in plastic with one end partially open and the rug is filthy on the open end. I tried to cancel the same day as ordered due to complaints from others but was not allowed too. Im afraid they will put blame on us. I am appalled a rug would not be placed in a box to ensure no tearing of the wrap. It appears there is no QA to identify issues with the packaging prior to shipping. Wish I could upload a photo.

    I ordered a washable rug from Rugs.com November 26, 2021. For the first time recently, I washed it per the care directions and no dryer. It shrunk. I took pics of it at their request and I was told it was my fault that I ordered a rug pad too big. The details are below. The rug was bigger than the everyday pad. After it was wash it was smaller. Again, I was told it was my fault. Then I was told to cut down the rug pad to fit. After I balked on that suggestion, they offered a ****** in store credit, but that does not cover the cost of the rug which needs to be replaced. With tax I paid $333.41 for this purchase. This is a bad company with sketchy customer service. After emailing with customer rep, I also called and talked to another person.
