    Lovely rug, just as described. Priced at or below most competitors. Arrived within the expected timeframe and in perfect condition. The rug was wrapped thoroughly and even had protective covers on both ends to help protect during in shipping. Very plush and soft. Placed over a thick rug pad bought separately and it's **** near comfortable enough to nap on! Looks perfect in my living room. We love it!

    I love the rug my husband selected so much that we plan on ordering the same albeit in a larger size for our living room!!! Let me say I was impressed the rug arrived timely and the ends of the rolled rug capped (never seen that before). Overall, the rug did not disappoint.

    This is the 3rd rug I purchased from Rugs.com. They are all beautiful in my home. I received the rug in two days. I would highly recommend this site if you are looking for beautiful rugs at reasonable prices.

    I don't usually order from a website I can't return to a store, because you never know about a product until you've seen. it. In my case, I loved the rug, but it was too small for the space. I ordered a larger one hoping it will work. Rugs.com made it so easy to return. I just read the instructions, placed the rug back in the original package, taped it up and took it to a ***** that was 1 mile from my house. As I walked out of the store, I said to myself, "That was easy." Thanks to Rugs.com for making my day. I haven't received confirmation that it has been received, but I'm sure I will. Thanks for great customer service!!! I look forward to receiving my new, larger rug this week.NA

    I ordered a runner and I am very pleased overall. I like the old world pattern and the color is what I was looking for. It seemed like it took longer to ship out than I was expecting and several days after having received it, it is still not laying flat, but I am confident that it will be flat eventually. It is very soft and comfortable to walk on.
