      I was charged for a yearly subscription when I only wanted a monthly membership. I had to go through my bank after exhausting all GoPuff customer service. I was still charged for one full year. And if I wanted to order anything else, I am told that I need to sign up for another membership! Really? I have been charged for 1 &1/2 years of membership! And I cant get my money back!

      I had them cancel one of my orders and just expected since it was cancelled it would go on my card. Nothing posted so I contacted support they said since it wasn't in two hours from when canceling order they couldn't provide compensation. They basically robbed me . Bad business and horrible support to good customers

      I don't even know where to begin with this company. I'll tell the story of why people should avoid using them. 1. I placed an order some time ago and the driver who was dispatched made me feel uncomfortable after the delivery. He took it upon himself to come back to my residence to leave his personal phone number with the company sticker. The company did help but I feel as if they did the bare minimum anyways 2. I recently tried placing an order and wanted to use a different method of payment. I had some issues with the first attempt and then at the second attempt they locked my account and provided vague reasons what were not relevant to what I tried to do. I filled out the support form and also chatted with an agent and then received an email moments later that my account was permanently closed-with no explanation from some agent named Kyle. I've been a customer with these people for years and they basically just spat in my face and told me to go away. Avoid using this company at all costs. I will also be taking this complaint to the BBB and possibly my AG in my state.

      I have just received notice that I signed up for a 70 ish dollar go puff renewal so I’m assuming it’s a year membership? I did not do this and have already messaged my bank as well as contacted customer service and changed my password.

      Consistently delivers to wrong address despite being the same drivers. Have had the same drivers also cancel orders for claiming that the delivery feels "unsafe", even though they have delivered before. My guess is they just don't want to work. No worries, I won't give them anymore work or tips from my household! Serious lack of oversight at this place, can't deliver what I order and when they do it's the wrong item and/or goes to the wrong house. Get it together! No wonder you have all 1 star ratings.

      Go Puff won’t stop charging my monthly subscription. I cancelled my subscription, removed my credit card, deleted my account and still get charged. I cannot find a phone number to call. The reason I cancelled is because they stopped servicing my area. It has been over 6 months. What a scam. Please, contact me if you have a customer care team so the chargers can be cancelled.

      Less than 30 minutes ago, I supposedly had an order delivered to me outside the entrance door. I never received a call that my order was here. My instructions were specific. As a result of the driver not delivering the food to me, my items were stolen. On top of all of this aggravation, I can not speak to anyone to get my $23 refund.

      I would like to give zero stars. Gopuff’s business practices are so unprofessional and ridiculous, I can’t even put it into words. I started with Gopuff as a delivery driver on October 12, 2023 and I only delivered for two days, when I received an email stating that I was being warned about fraudulent practices due to not completing my order immediately after delivery; I hit complete immediately after each completed delivery, there was one or two time when the connection wasn’t working properly and it took a tad bit longer to complete, not my fault, also I needed to complete the first delivery in order to get my next delivery address. So I responded to that email and they stated in an automated response, it was just a warning. My stats said 100% on every thing except 92% on timely delivery. I had no customer complaints or issues per the stats that were reported to me for that week. The next week I received the same email except it was my final warning per the email. I responded the sent me the same automated email message and said it was just a warning. The beginning of the next week I had a two hour block, and then the next day I received a text message saying that I was being deactivated for violating my contract, which was very strange because I didn’t have any information about how I violated my contract with them. I requested proof of what I was being accused of and they sent me another email which was also automatically generated. I worked and still work for other platforms and I have not but great reviews. Gopuff is questioning my credibility and integrity as well as my work ethics, I am definitely going to look further into this matter and I have requested proof of what I’m being accused of doing. This company is ridiculous not to mention you can’t even talk to anyone nor do you have any access to corporate information let alone a representative from their company or business if that is what they are supposed to be, I am really disappointed and mortified.

      GoPuff is an extraordinarily exploitative business that underpays its contract delivery drivers and fires them without cause. Additionally, the app drivers are given to use crashes, freezes, and does not function in a way that allows drivers to successfully do their jobs. This includes dropping location tracking, logging drivers off in the middle of deliveries, taking away bonuses without cause, showing favoritism toward certain drivers, and making false allegations against drivers without any evidence. Don't work for GoPuff unless you enjoy sitting in front of a warehouse for hours without getting any orders or driving like crazy for four hours to make less than 8 dollars an hour.

      Ordered beer to be delivered. Wanted two but they required four. And the beer arrived warm at best. This is a terrible delivery service. And bad to Uber Eats for directing me to it.
