      As a long time customer I am saddened to say that I ordered some things for myself and it was claimed to be delivered and was not. I even tipped the person. I tried to inform the company but they only said its nothing they can do because they can see it was delivered. I took pictures of my house and porch to allow them to see I did not get anything. They are not trying to give me a refund.

      Literally the worst company I ordered a vape thats was ***** I contacted as it was faulty and did not work I even sent proof they still refuse to send my money back or give me a refund per policy which they do not list any policies to the consumer I just want my money back and to cancel my subscription which they refuse to do so they are scammers beware

      GoPuff is an absolute scam, and their customer service is a complete joke. I placed an order for over $30 worth of White Clawswhich I have always had delivered to my address in ************** to have their glitchy, broken app decide to send my order to ****. (Fun fact: I havent been to **** in months.)I immediately reached out to customer support and was greeted by a robot that wasted 15 minutes of my time before I finally got to a real person. After another 20 minutes of frustrating back-and-forth, I asked to speak to a supervisor, thinking surely someone with actual authority could fix THEIR mistake. ****. The supervisor did absolutely nothing. Their response? "It's policy."Excuse me? Your "policy" is to take my money, send my order to a completely wrong state, and then refuse to correct it or refund me?? I got nothing. No product. No refund. Just $30 stolen from me because GoPuffs broken app sent my order to an address I NEVER selected.This isnt just bad service; this is outright theft. There is no reason why an order that was clearly placed in error due to a system glitch couldnt be corrected, refunded, or at the VERY least credited back in some way. This is unethical, disgraceful, and a total ********* yourself the headacheuse literally ANY other service that actually values its customers. Ill never use ******************** again.

      Made two orders that were supposed to be delivered and left on my door step, never received them, even though they were marked as delivered. I asked for help from customer support and requested to provide photos for proof of delivery, but for some reason they couldn't provide that, even though they have done so in the past!!Both my orders were most likely dropped off in the wrong locations, yet they failed to provide me a refund and no adequate proof that the items were delivered.

      An older yt woman delivered my products and literally let it drop on every step coming up. She became frustrated with checking my id as the app was not working with her and proceeded to yell at me as I tried to help her. I told her she was being a bit being rude. I was not at fault for what was happening. She then took my things I bought and told me to call the service and order again. But to take the stuff I bought and tell me to re-order. She shouldnt be in customer service at all!

      Any time I've had issues with a GoPuff order, it has been a miserable time trying to connect with someone about it. Most recently, my driver decided to give up on delivering my order, even after I offered to guide him despite my instructions on the order, with no response. I know the company doesn't take responsibility for their drivers but when I went to find customer service, the "connect with support" button in-app does absolutely nothing, even if you click it. Then you go to google to find a number. There's no number. You find the customer service page on their site, which is actually just FAQs. There's a chat bot available, which I connected to with. But 30 seconds into connecting with an agent, the chat conveniently says disconnected and drops the whole thing entirely. I just wanted a refund for my order, as my driver literally told me "i have other orders cancel your order." Why is this so difficult??

      I ordered $45.75 worth of food on my food stamps and I tipped a $1.00 and vin the screenshot is what the rude delivery driver ***** told me and my items were either not left or they were stolen.

      I submitted a resume on Indeed years ago for a part time evening position! By the time they emailed I turned down the position and asked to have my info removed from their system! I am still getting emails of Go Puff interviews and hiring dates/ hours tears later! Every-time I get an email I reply and ask them to remove me and state that I AM NOT INTERESTEDWhat a scum company!
