      I received notification on my phone about the various payment being uploaded to my account , I have been trying to communicate with ClinCard and Greenphire and it is really hard to communicate and get real information. I called the phone and the agent was very rude and I called twice and every time it seems that they hung up on me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      i dont remember the password to my account on the website, i choose to use "forgot password" option, i get the verification code via **************** is good. until i cant create a new password for some reason??? i fill all the criteria of the new password but somehow the minimum 8 characters criteria never ticks even tho i have way more than 8 characters in my password??? the website is absolute garbage and don't get me started on customer service. ********************** is a ****. i feel like this company pays trial clinics to use it, just to steal the card user's money afterwards. as a frequent clinical study patient i will personally ask them to pay me in checks instead of using this ****. if you are a new study patient and reading this, TELL YOUR CLINICAL COMPANY TO PAY YOU IN CHECK. you can read all reviews below just to get an idea on how this **** works. i'm not too deep into the **** and i can hopefully save myself. save yourselves ***** peace out.

      If I could leave negative stars I would. This review forces us to give at least one star. ClinCard is designed to be COMPLICATED and NOT pay out. No ability to transfer to a checking account or cash at an ATM. The website is difficult to log in (forget it if you have more than one). The short-lived expiration dates are problematic, designed to expire before year-end. The paydown to zero is a big hassle for businesses and users alike. Tax return time disclosures are extremely difficult to get the statements. I will start COMPLAINING to research sites to NOT USE CLINCARD and I will REFUSE to take one as payment. How did research sites ever get in on this ClinCard SCAM?

      Worst experience ever ! The first card I was given could not get activated so they sent me a new one , apparently they did not put my middle name correctly and now the card can not get activated and I can't access the funds ! I verified again many times , called many times and everytime who ever you speak with just gave you a random speach that they can't do anything and that your case us with another team ! Yes it looks like it's all a scam to keep your money !

      Terrible service. I have attempted to order a new card, as the old one expired, for over a year and still no sign of me ever receiving a replacement. The customer service line is egregiously unhelpful to the point I have the same conversation with different people each time I call.

      Horrible. Will never participate in anything that uses this card to pay me. Tried to set a pin and it says my birthdate is wrong. As if I don’t know what my birthdate is. Tried to use it at Wal Mart and it didn’t work.

      No way to withdrawal money to re deposit in my checking account. Went to ATM and cannot withdraw any cash without being charged a fee. All bad reviews here. Nothing positive in the reviews here. Why does California allow this company to do business here?

      These cards are so frustrating. Because of some unique medical issues, I am involved in multiple studies, but have been ill much of this past year and unable to use the cards. Today I find that 3 of 4 are nearly drained of all funds (one totally empty, one down to $10, and the other nearly half gone). I was relying on being able to use these for the holidays for my kids, and I'm totally heartbroken. I feel like this is the worst possible way to treat medical study patients, and I will absolutely refuse this as a form of payment in future studies. It's unethical.

      My Clincard has been expired, I have called many times to issue a new one, every time they said they had sent it to my address, the one that is on file for years and the one I have been receiving the previous card. Now they are excusing themselves about my address doesn't exist and the postal service returned. It sounds very odd and that something is not right. Today I called the third time to see if they can give me at least a tracking number from the postal office, of course, they don't have any of this information. Therefore, what should I think is going to happen with the money I ear rightly? Are they refusing to give me the money using tricks? Maybe...

      Can't get into my system. Found my username but the password was sent in SMS, whatever that is. Call the phone number but they can't transfer the money, stated just go to the bank and draw the money out. What bank? Anyone that accepts it. Which bank accepts it? Any bank. When to 3 banks, none accept it.
