      Got a $50 payment for a service in the form of a prepaid ClinCard but it was unusable and the service telephone line was nothing but a runaround. Too much aggravation to persist for fifty bucks but I just want to leave a scathing review. Do not accept a ClinCard in payment for anything.

      This card is a joke! Horrible system! There is a reason NO ONLINE BUSINESSES accept this card as form of payment. Major retailers like ******, ******, ****** do not accept this. And what do they offer as a solution to get YOUR money off this card? Simple, withdrawal at an ATM. But they don't partner with any bank, so there's $3+ in ATM fees. PLUS ClinCard will charge you their own service fee to withdrawal from the card. That fee is often higher than the bank's fee. So you're paying almost $10 per withdrawal to access your cash. Or cash back at time of purchase? Yup, but limited to maximum amount of $20-$40 at almost all retailers that offer that option. Just a horrible excuse for a debit card. It's even worse that it sounds like "customer service" is 100 people in a 10'x10' room sitting on top of each other yelling. Avoid at all cost if you can! Or be prepared to pay out the nose to access your cash!! Must be a REALLY bad thing for ****** and ****** to not even accept it! Just don't do it!!

      Supposedly we were told the maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is $1500 as stated on all of their websites and information provided by the company. However every time I try to withdrawal it says there's a $400 limit and a fee from the bank !! So I will have to pay to use my own money! This is terrible never want to work for anyone using this system. Controlling and using poor people to make money off of them.

      Scam for sure. The doctor's office issued a card but didn't assign a name to it. They just fixed it and said it's showing a 0 balance.

      I was highly disrespected by a worker. I kept asking the same question because he wasnt getting what i was asking. He then says if you would stop driving and listen maybe i wouldnt have to keep saying the same thing. Then i followed up with let me speak with someone else youre to frustrated and disrespectful for me and he hung up. I would definitely love if somebody got in touch with me about that because if thats how you all treat people its totally unacceptable.

      I will never ever do ku center research ever again I have gotten the clincard and I had emailed the token number and also called and never gotten a response so I will never ever ever do stuff like that again I just lost 100 dollars to do a research study online so there they are asswholes

      though they claim "you can use card anywhere ************************* is accepted" I've yet to find a place that I requent that will not decline (CVS in person, Gas station in person, Amazon on line, trying to transfer funds to purchase an Amazon gift card) They charge an in activity fee of 4.50/mo despite clear evidence on their end that the card was attempted and declined. 1 star because customer service did reverse the 4 month inactivity fees. CS was very nice.
