Easy switch from my former provider. I ordered online, including a new phone. Arrived a day early. I called to activate and was walked through the entire process. It took a little longer than usual since we had to call my old company to get a transfer code. But CC stayed with me the whole way right up to a test phone call to be sure everything worked. Service has been excellent and I am very happy. Half the price of my previous plan, and better reception, too.Consumer Cellular
