Was transferring to consumer cellular and was transferred to a very helpful gentleman named *******. He was very patient and helpful with me (I am electronically challenged). He was able to get me transferred and I appreciate his patience and willingness to help me.

So far it's 5 stars. We're still just a few weeks in, and no problems. Switching from the previous carrier took less than an hour - while the previous carrier required 30+ hours of support, and cost twice as much. For now we're happy. Thanks! There were only a few loose ends that needed attention - like setting a new voicemail greeting and password, and setting up our physical address for WiFi calling.Consumer Cellular

Hello, I am a New Customer to ************************** I am having Trouble trying to receive a Physical Sim card.That was supposed to be Mailed out on the 15th of May!And Called back a couple of times, to be told it's Shipped keep waiting.Only to call today and was told that I would have to go to the store and Purchase one!Is not a good look for a customer with a New cell carrier.Consumer Cellular

Was going to transfer....got a SIM card in the mail...difficulty installing the card, and had to find a Best But store and drive all the way there, they installed it only to find out that YOU don't support my phone!!!! At home I had to reinstall the previous SIM card and call the provider to get reregister which cost me another $35.00...then call you to get my account number and a transfer pin.....which you could not give me!!!!! Have to go to my tablet yet to try to find them!!!!! Now I have to call my provider again to give them these numbers, if I am successful in getting them!!!!! What a F****** hassle.... just to try YOUR servjce!!!!!Consumer Cellular
