I cant say enough good things about my experience signing up with Consumer Cellular. I was so nice to talk to a living, breathing human. The customer service team was wonderful. It was the easiest sign up process and activation I have ever experienced. My husband I are trying to lower cost and we looked into Consumer Cellular as a way to achieve our goals. The day we made the change, we had the best experience with customer service. The young lady (I wish I had written her name down) was wonderful! She stayed on the line with us and walked us through switching from ***** she was kind, thoughtful and never once got aggravated with us as we wonder around the house looking or something that would open the place for the Sim Card! We have started telling everyone about our experience. Next we both use our phones for business and that was an issue we faced when making this decision, so far, neither of us have dropped a call or had a problem and the area we live in has a lot of areas that have security and it wasnt unheard of to drop a call every now and thenbut so far, no issues!Review fromRichard S

I had No Problems switching from T-Mobile to Consumer Celluar, I saved roughly $70. Dollars a month by switching. I'm Very Happy with my service.Review fromJack D

We were very nervous about changing from ******* because an earlier switch attempt to another carrier went haywire, and it cost us significantly to get back on ******* with our old numbers.The switch to CC was seamless. Very happy thus far.Review fromPatrickq M

Love Consumer Cellular! Have used them for years. ************ is good. They offer new phones with installment payments, NO interest. **************** is easy to reach and *** based, so no problem understanding them. **************** **** are also patient with those of us who are not tech savvy. I was having a problem this week setting up a new phone I got from them. The *** was so patient, friendly and encouraging. Such a treat in this age of technology!Review fromEdmond M

Everyone we spoke was pleasant and worked hard to get our phones to work. It took over 2 hrs to get us switched over. Apparently if your plan was **** pay as you go you do not need the special code from ****. 1 had a sim and the other did not. But they got it done. ************* so far is great in an area not all phone services work.Review fromAl C
