    ***************** are a complete fraudthey will NOT be able to get you any better offer than what the insurance company offers you. After making 5 separate attempts to increase my settlement from her recommendations I was left with the very first dollar amount they offered initially. Minus of course her fee for doing absolutely NOTHING. STAY AWAY, you are wasting your money !!!

    Disgraceful. take people's money, and then tell them what to do. they don't do a d*** thing to help you. I've called several times I've emailed several times it has been 2 years now. The insurance company has dug their heels in, and auto loss will do nothing. Save your money, and hire a competent company. Like many of the others that were screwed over by this company, i was accused of not following proper procedure. I feel like a loser trusting them. I'm going to contact the Better Business Bureau next.

    These are definitely fake reviews. The company is anything but professional. They werent able to speak to their expertise when questioned about any factual evidence from their first report and then blocked my emails from going to their domain.Rather than having any sort of integrity for the lack of expertise they have when tackled by logical issues, they run away, hide and will take your money.This company is a total scam and should not be used whatsoever. They dont use any data, as they dont source their data from anywhere. Theyre just making up numbers and then auto-generate a report that has absolutely no information, or anything to be used to rebut a claim. The insurance that hit my Tesla was laughing at the report made by ********. Theyre so incredibly unprofessional than when asked about these discrepancies they couldnt speak to any of it They just further demanded a to follow a process that doesnt work but instead wastes your time. They KNOW they cannot help you obtain more diminished value claim, thats why on their website their refund process is so specific. ******** is a total scam and the owner, whose name is in the email above doesnt care about actually helping people. I have the entire email log and can prove any ********* attention to all of the reviews that have rated this company bad. Take your time and do not utilize this company. They basically stole my money.

    I found ******** on a web search and am grateful I did. They were able to coach me through dialogue with the insurance adjuster to get thousands more than they were originally willing to pay. Excellent customer service and well worth it. I was nervous about paying the appraisal fee upfront, but with their help, I was able to get much more than the insurance company was willing to pay AND get my fee reimbursed. That makes the service ******** provides not only justifiable, it's free.

    Don't waste your time with ********. They give the impression that you will get a huge settlement and a lot out of them-until you pay them. After that, I'm pretty sure their policy is to give you the absolute minimum amount of their time as possible-if you get a full 20 minutes out of them, you're probably way above average. Claimed my DV was $7000 and I should get 80-90% of that. But using ******** DV manual and correspondence they provide, resulted in an offer no better than $750. And this was over the course of at least 3 months. Of course, ******** heavily implies that I'm doing something wrong with Their process - it absolutely isn't anything wrong with their method. Yeah, right! It isn't like they take the time to even remember who you are when you talk to or email them. All you get it very generic responses that really just prolong the frustrating process to get you a tiny offer, that the insurance company hopes will be enough to make you go away. The letters they give you to send to the insurance company are full of errors and contain the details from the last customer - it is absolutely on you to edit & fix these things. ******** provides zero communication with the ****************** That is all on you and you will absolutely work harder on it than ******** will. I have no idea how they have even a single positive review and I wish I would have paid more attention to the the negative reviews before I decided to use their services. Absolutely pursue a DV claim on your car. Just use a company that has Zero negative reviews. They are out there.

    I just googled and found them on line so was t sure if it was legit?? but I took the risk bc it was a money back guarantee if I did not receive more than I was offer before. I was offered $1,300 the insurance company told me they would not offer me more. But the letter ****** wrote me up miraculously made them change their offer to $2,500 so Im very happy with the out come!!
