  ******** did an excellant job. The reports that were sent to me for review were then forwarded on by me to the insurance company. I sent all the information they requested including photos and a copy of the repair. The technical reports were put together and stated perfectly. We had about 2 rejections from the insurance company, the third input was accepted.I will recommend ******** to others that *** need a diminution value report.Its been a pleasure working with them

  I tried negotiating with the insurance company myself. I was offered $3200 for diminished value. I found ******** online and called ******. I was skeptical at first but decided to give it a try. See sent a lengthy detailed appraisal to the insurance company. I ended up settling for $8000. We worth the $350 fee that ******** charges! Call ******! Shes excellent.

  Extremely rude customer service, literally hung up on me mid sentence. had me go around in circles for a long time despite the first refusal from the insurance company and when I finally asked for my money back, they flatly denied. Would not recommend

  We had a very bad evaluation from another website and we didn't know how bad it was before we reached ********, which was normal as we didn't have experience on diminished value before. So we had a bad beginning with the state farm because we requested something even lower than a low ball offer. ******** gave us accurate and reliable evaluation and eventually we got a reasonable compensation from the state farm. They do offer advise on how to deal with insurance company but I think we should know that it's car owner's responsibility to negotiate with the insurance company.   I chose this company by my friend referral. And I didn't regret. Great service, fast reply. ZERO issues. ****** got me the highest $ for my total car. That's about $4000 more than insurance offered me. Will definitely recommend to anyone their service! And I had experience with others, they are good too, but slow and not fast in communications. (Its big nationwide company) ****** above that 100%
