  I found ******** on the internet and was glad I did. Most people never heard of diminished value. I had but did not know how to file a claim. They researched what my loss was and submitted a claim for about $8000 to the insurance company. The insurance company came back with an offer of $5500. I called ******** and was told that $5500 was a good offer but if I wanted more, they would prepare a demand letter for me if I did a little research. I went online and checked out Vroom and Carvana for what my trade in value was after the accident. With this information, ******** prepared a letter for me indicating that I would accept $7300. I was offered $6500, but I did not blink. I ended up getting $7300. I am a happy camper. I highly recommend ******** if you are in an accident not your fault to make sure you get fully reimbursed for the loss in value of your vehicle due to the accident.

  This company is a truly fraud. They do nothing but sent you the template which does not even match your case! ****** is super rude and after they collect the money, they do nothing to help you! They never read the email I forwarded to them, but sending me their hopeless template repeatedly. They said they will not refund your money until the last step then they will not tell you the process to last step.

  To each their own. I read a few bad reviews, but I had a very positive experience with ****** and *****************They were recommended to me by a trusted family friend. My daughter totalled her car, and the insurance company offered me less than half of what the car was valued on kbb.com, which really ****** me off. After a few weeks, with ******'s appraisal, the insurance company's offer went from $2,800 to $9,800. I'm an 18+ year major airline Captain, and a 20+ year Air Force retired combat veteran pilot.   ******** help me to get a good offer from ***** ****. The process took 6-7 months but at the end it worth for waiting. Be patient and follow the steps with ******** directions. But I think I was lucky because I was negotiating with ***** ****. I don't know what would I face if it was another insurance company.
