If I could give them 0 stars I would. They have called my husband at work when our payments were all made to say we were behind when we were not. We accidentally got behind let them know when we would make both payments and instead they came and repossed our vehicle because they know they could make another 20 grand off it. My next phone call will be to the irs to make sure these shady people get the audit they deserve. Also I will make sure I tell everyone I know about this so no one uses them for an auto loan or anything else for that matter.Tinker Federal Credit Union

Horrible! Absolutely horrible!Fee to cash a payment from their customer. They wanted my social to cash one of their customers checks. This after I waited 30 minutes for them to try to find away not to cash the check. Nobody gets my SS#I buy and sale a lot, no forms of payments will be accepted from TFCU No cashiers checks, no personal or business, no contact with this horrible business. TFCU informed me that a new contactless card would be issued to align with updated technology. I received the new card, activated it, updated ****************, and destroyed old card. The new card has the same number but a different CVV and expiration date. To my amazement, the old card is still activate and has the ability to be used creating the potential for fraud.I called the customer service number and was told that the old card would remain active and that I, as the customer, would need to monitor my account and file dispute charges for anything that was not authorized. The rep also mentioned that if a merchant held the old card number in their system, it could be charged as a valid transaction medium. What the ???????How irresponsible and deflecting to put this burden on the customer who did not request the card. At a minimum the credit union should have created a new number. However, if I want that option, I need to go into a branch and follow the process. This is not good customer service or advocacy. This doe not promote account security and a HUGE fail.Review fromDavid B

Horrible bank. Have been working for a couple months to get a simple $50k loan for a lot. We make a pretty good amount of money and have a debt-to-income of under 13. They continue to ask for more documents every week, but the process has been with the underwriter for over a month (allegedly). The appraisal for a bare lot is over $600. How is that exactly?We're on week 9, and they've gotten everything they've requested in under 24 hours, every time.Save yourself. Bank with someone else. If I could give 0 stars I would. We purchased a truck out of state and decided to use their local financing to expedite the process. We have had our loan less than a year and have had multiple issues including harassing phone calls. The most recent issue was a payment I sent thru my banks online bill pay system. Same way I pay every month. They lost that payment. I gave them documentation from my bank showing that the funds were pulled from my account and sent to them. They could not find it. After sending in the proof, they said they would check into it. Instead, I had to call them back only to be told they were still looking. Meanwhile, I am getting REPEATED calls from their collection department claiming my account is past due. When I explain what happened, they make me forward the paperwork to someone else. FINALLY had to call my bank AGAIN (Commerce Bank - they are GREAT!!) and have them retract the payment and re-issue because Tinker couldn't figure anything out on their end, but they kept harassing us! The last straw was today they called my husband's employer (we never provided them that number), talked to his boss to get transferred to my husband. Our credit score is 800+ and we are being treated like criminals! AWFUL COMPANY!! We are going to be refinancing ASAP just to get away from them!!!Tinker Federal Credit Union

I want to thank our member for bringing this to our attention. We did research the matter and refunded the late fees due to the incoming payment not being received. The *** of ******* contacted the member to let her know all fees have been refunded and apologized for the service provided. Ive been a member for several years and instead of improving, the all around service has gotten worse & worse. 1. *** mobile app should be called the ***** APP!Unable to look at my credit card transactions. Updated the app. Now it wants me to log in (when Im ALREADY IN the app) and it will not accept my log in information. 2. Trying to speak to a rep should NOT take 45 minutes out of MY workday(especially when I only get 30 minutes for lunch)and the rep had no explanation as to why a cash app $25 DEPOSIT INTO my account was declined.Tinker Federal Credit Union

I have not received any apology, nor have I spoken with the person from TFCU who left me a message on Thursday March 9th -I was at work when they called and as my original complaint states I do NOT have time to sit on hold and wait to speak the person that called as I only have 30 minutes for lunch. This bank is beyond evil!! I had a stolen identity issue and instead of helping me this bank filed a lawsuit on me!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TFCU!!Tinker Federal Credit Union
