Worst banking system ever. They let let someone fraudulently cash checks in my name and want me to do all the legwork to remedy the situation. Their rating is a zero as far as Im concerned!!!!!

Once again, I am disappointed in the customer service at TFCU. I called early Saturday morning and spoke with a man named *******—the same person I wrote a negative review about previously. It was obvious from the start that he was having a bad morning because he was rude and unwilling to help. He kept giving me a baseless excuse, saying, "Sorry, I can't help; my computer isn't working." Thankfully, he transferred me to ********, who was very willing to help and took care of my needs. TFCU, ******* is not representing your company in a professional manner; he either needs training or should be replaced.

Awful. My sister is in hospice. We have a signed, witnessed, and notarized POA which Tinker will not accept because they say it should be on some other form. Perhaps when the time comes they'll accept a death certificate. My family has dealt with this credit union for generations. It's sad to see how uncooperative they've become.

The worst bank I have ever worked with. They have no consideration for human factors and have no problem using extortion style tactics, Like chain charging overdraft fees.

I was offered a loan forgiveness for one monthly payment. Now my automatic draft which has been in effect for the last 5 years has stopped. Tinker blames it on my bank which my bank never did anything. It's all on Tinker. Now after 5 years they no longer have my account and routing number to reset it up. I'd I make a payment by phone it will cost me an additional $4.00 and I work out of town and I'm no where close to a branch. Tinker is literally a rip off. Extremely incompetent. I will never do business with again.

I paid off our truck loan and Tinker will not give us the lien release. This is happening to other customers as well. File a complain on **** of ******** Credit and NCUA CAC.

My 19 yr old daughter was denied a personal loan, has over a 700 credit score. Was not asked if she had a co-signer or collateral, nothing. So I tell her to call back and ask about a cosigner. So she did, and I get the call to complete application. I cosign, score is over 750. No late payments. Only 3 things open on my account. No excessive balances. Debt to income ratio good. Anyways. I get a call because info was missing. They get it and say they will call my daughter back with decision. She gets the call it's denied again. Why? How? So I call and I'm told pyramiding debt and excessive unsecured debt. I have one joint loan, Auth user on another, one cc with less than 20% used and one with 0 balance. 100% on time payments. But they are concerned with a joint loan I have because they did not require me to have a secured loan. Anyways I start asking hiw they came to this conclusion and the girl said she going to have to get the person who made the decision. I asked for a call back. Get a call back at 4:57pm and they asked to speak with someone other than my name. I replied that's my middle name and she says well I have middle name, last name here so I apologize. Then asked if I had time to talk, told her I was counting down at work and she said yes me too I leave at 5. Is tomorrow a better time? Um I'm sorry you called me 3 minutes before closing, thanks for the time you were going to allow to address my issues. So I was scheduled for a call back at 1:45p. I ended up having to take an earlier lunch and decided to visit local branch. I actually got some help there but was told it was out of their hands as they did not make the decision and the person who did was backed by their manager, this time they agreed it was because I had 3 hard inquiry in 12 months, their hard hit INCLUDED, so 2. They offered for me to schedule an appointment to see what we can secure but this whole thing put a bad taste in my mouth honestly. Also just got married, hence the joint loan and cc.

Needed bank statements for ******** long term care approval for my mom who has Alzheimers . My brother is a joint account holder, and he is also the power of attorney. Tinker refused to honor the joint account holder status, or the **** citing a minor discrepancy on a date. I got the impression they would never accept the **** We have since used the same *** with the same discrepancy to sell her house, complete with a review by an attorney who states the *** meets all legal requirements. So Tinker purposely took an already stressful and tragic situation and made it worse. On top of that, every nursing home in town has told me they are the worst bank to deal with when it comes to the elderly and these situations.
