      We purchased a 8x12 shed from Timber Creek on July 6, 2023. The sales person was Heather Franklin. We paid $1601.25 in cash, we received a receipt and a approximate delivery (free delivery) of 3 to 10 weeks. After 12 weeks I called to see if the shed would be coming soon. I was told it was not even built. At 14 weeks we called and were told that the shed was being built and would be delivered in two weeks. After another 3 weeks with no calls or contact I once again called and was told they had no idea when I would get my shed. Ten days ago I called the office (330-766-3476) and was told by the secretary that all rent to own sheds are built first. I finally spoke to a woman named Sandy and she promised my shed would be delivered in 10 days. This being the thenth day, and no word from Timber Creek, I called them once again. I was told Sandy was not in. I demanded to talk to someone in charge and recieved the number for Kieth (330-984-8408). I called Kieth and he promptly told me he was just a salesman and could not help me. I then called Timber Creek office again and told the secretary she had given me a salesman to contact, she said that Kieth is the primary boss of the company.
      It is a complete run around and they send you to person to person.
      I asked for a refund, they said it would be 8 to 12 weeks and would not even tell me how to get one or whom to speak with.

      I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

      This acceptance is contingent on the delivery date being immediate and the company contacting me directly to set it up.

      We ordered a shed in August 2023, paid in full with order. They said our shed would come 3-6 weeks, then they moved it out another few weeks, then they promised it end of November. It is now 12/7, no shed and they refuse to give us our money back. Every time we call for an update, they say they will call back and then when they call back, they say they are just a “little” behind. Complete scam and they still $4000 from us.

      This is the second complaint against this company. The previous complaint was about their failure to send my structure when they said they would, by 6 months. This complaint is twofold - when the structure was delivered the third-party delivery man actually dragged my structure down a long rocky driveway, stripping the support beams of wood. I guess I'll have to live with that. But, I did purchase (Paid For) two large windows; they constructed the building with two small windows. (but charged me for the large ones.) I want them to send me the two windows I paid for. Otherwise, I have no alternative left but to go to court. Thanks

      We went to timber Creek structure on 10 21 23. We purchased a 12 by 24 by 8 utility building. For **** dollars, we paid cash.Twitter, it was a lot model. The delivery date was 1 to 3 weeks. They have since sold the same building that we purchase to somebody else. When I call them, they do. Return my call. But refuse to give me a delivery date on another building. They said they would build me a new one and have a delivered, but they are not being cooperative. I have tried calling multiple times they just keep telling me the same thing it's excuse after excuse the owner's not in know they do not have a date when I question them about selling the building that we purchased with cash. He told me that he can build 10 more for everyone that they sell and I said well, how come you cannot deliver me the one I purchased, but you was able to deliver it to somebody else. He told me he does not have to answer to me. Very rude staff I have been recording all conversations. They have blocked me on social media.

      I placed an order for a shed on 8/19 with 3-8 week build time. I was called in September advising shed would not be built until 11/27. I called 11/30 and was advised there is no eta for when the shed will be built or delivered.

      I bought a 10x20 shed that was already built 8/26/23. I was told a 2-3wk delivery. Shed still hasn’t been delivered. I have called multiple times and was told they no longer have the shed. I requested a refund and still haven’t gotten either my money or my shed.

      8/25/2023 a deposit of $2000 cash was put down in person on a 10x20 garden shed with approximate delivery date 3-9 weeks. It is now going on 14 weeks, I have been told different times different build dates. I called the office for a refund considering I was told after 14 weeks my shed is still not on the production floor. I was told 15 weeks for a refund but there was no one available to speak to regarding a refund. I left a message for someone to call me back regarding starting the refund process and I have not received a response regarding a refund at this point. The **** and ** Attorney General have been contacted this week regarding this issue. There is no way of resolving this issue at this time, the company is not cooperating.

      On 7/8/2023 I ordered a shed that I paid $3500 for in cash. I was told 2 weeks and its been several months. I have called repeatedly and always given a different explanation as to why I dont have the shed. I have been telling them since the 1st week in September that I want my money back. I was told it would take 12 weeks. Then about a month ago I was told it would be delivered the week of November 6th. No shed. Called 4 more times since then and told the shed has not been built. Once again I told them I want my money back I dont want the shed. I was told once again the owner is not in and would call me back. No call returned. ******************************* is the women who sold ** the shed. I just want my money back asap. This company is a scam.
