In July 2022 my husband and I ordered a 12 x 24 garage shed from timber Creek structures. We were told it was going to be 8 to 10 weeks for delivery. We paid the entire amount of $5000. After we made the payment conversation was had that it would really probably be more like 10 to 16 weeks because they were backed up due to employment issues caused by *****. Ive heard other businesses and have interacted with other businesses that have been delayed because of Covid and so this sounded legitimate. I wasnt particularly happy with the extended time, but I want to support local business and we decided that it was fine. I called in December and was told they were still having trouble meeting production and I should give it a couple more weeks. Since then I have called monthly, each time, I am given the same response that staffing is low in the building just isnt done. My husband and I are not people to get involved in legal disputes, but I feel like were being scammed, in some waiting game and the company is going to just disappear and were gonna be out $5000 and the shed. I said I did not want to bring in outside help to get the matter resolved, asked them what people can do with 5000$ in the span of time they have had my money the lady I was speaking to said that she could speak to the owners, and possibly be able to reduce my final price which we declined in favor of just getting our building. I asked for a definitive delivery date. We were told we would have delivery and possession by the end of May. The end of May has come and gone. My last conversation I was told that our structure was done, but that they had to put it on a delivery chart. I have called multiple times since then. No one is returning my call. No one has given me a scheduled delivery date. Were going on 10 months of waiting.Business Response

December 31, 2021 we ordered a 12x40 cabinette building. We paid in full for the building of almost $8,000! Was told delivery would be around 12 weeks. We have contacted them on numerous occasions only to be told, we are a priority and it will be built next week. Well, that week came and went! Now they dont return our calls and when we do talk to them, all we get is lies!!! We even have text and emails that say our building is being built but here we are ***** of 2023 and still no building!!!!!Business Response

I ordered a shed in September 2022 and was told I would have it in 6 to 8 weeks. My seller told me to have my old shed removed and a platform or clearing ready. I put half of the payment down upfront. I didn't hear from them but went off our initial agreement and tore down my old shed during week 7. That process also included having my fence removed. By week 8 I hadn't heard anything so I reached out to my seller and the response I got was unsettling "we were all laid off you have to call the main office". So I called the main office for weeks, got no answer or call back. Months in someone finally answered the phone and told me "yeah well we are very behind so I can't give you a delivery date". At this point it was ******** I continued to serial call them and got no answers. The best they said was "as soon as we can". At the end of February I informed them I would be canceling my order of I did not receive my shed in March to which they said "we can have you on in March!" I called weekly in March and every time I was able to get through to them (a few times it was only when I blocked my phone number) they told me "oh yeah I'm looking at your file and you'll have it by the end of March!" On this promise we dug out out fence AGAIN. March came and went, still no shed. They told me my shed is built and it's a delivery issue and they don't have a date for me. My belongings have been sitting outside since September on thesefalse promises. I have been more than patient and at this point I am considering seeking legal counsel to pursue damages. I want my shed immediately or my money back in full. Hearing "we will get it to you as soon as possible" is not acceptable anymore.Business Response

On Sunday February 20,2022 I went with my family to purchase a shed. We had a great experience. We agreed to purchase a 16x10 garden shed. The sales representatives, *** stated it would be **** weeks for the shed, most likely around June. They perched a larger facility to handle the increased business. We agreed and gave half the money upfront. The cost of the shed was $3000 plus $202.50 in sales tax for a total of $3,202.50 for the shed with free delivery. They required 50% upfront, which was $1601.25. We paid the $1601.25 in cash and were excited to get the new shed. As we got close to the delivery time frame, we have heard nothing from timber creek structures. We called our representative *** and got our first story of they have so much business they are behind. Then we called again as July was approaching and was told by *** she will add us to the list of complaints and the office will call us. The office never called. *** then gave us the office number. At which time we have called constantly from July until today to get our shed. They have given us countless stories of the owners dad died, all the employees quit, you will get it whenever they are ready to build it, nobody can give you an update, the owner refused to talk to me because just like ******* you cant talk to the owner, that isnt my role I cant help you. They refuse to refund the money because the contract has a 15% cancellation fee. A contract is a contract and they dont have to provide the product if they are unable to hold up their end of the contract, but they can keep the %15 because that part of the contract they acknowledge having to adhere to. They have told us in September, twice in November, then it was never built, then in January, February and twice in march it was built and still no shed but they built it many times over. Then the excuse was the trucks broke, then they werent delivering our direction. They wont give us our money or shed. More details wont fit in this section.Business Response

Bought and paid for a 12x20 shed Back in October, 5th 2022. Was told at that time it would be delivered in 8 weeks or less (8 weeks would be the first week in December). Called several times and been told it would be delivered in a week. Even have it in text, guaranteed by the owner, Tim. I want a full purchase price refund of $5324 (since they cannot honor the agreement) or my shed. To date (3/25/23) still no shed. Come on people just be up front, they are still taking orders!
