We were very excited for this project from the sales pitch and agreed to proceed. We got off to a bad start, Unfortunately, the salesman assumed we were going to buy lumber & do some of the work ourselves, without telling us. He became rude, combative and disrespectful. We decided to back out of the whole deal. Then we received a phone call from another representative where we discussed our issues with the installation process and came to a compromise. We supplied the **************** did the labor. The man that did the actual installation was awesome. He was organized, clean, respectful and did a fabulous job. While we waited for the door to come in (we knew of the delay) everything else was installed quickly and looks really good. Our biggest complaints are that sales rep misrepresented the windows. He told us the windows would be tinted that you could not see inside. We insisted that was what we wanted. That is not what we got. Also, there is water coming in from under the walls when it rains hard. After all is done the project does look beautiful but we should have questioned things more. We also have to come up with some way to keep the water out.Great Day Improvements, LLC

This experience was a total nightmare - we were originally told the project would take 3 to 4 weeks to complete and seven plus months later there are still some unresolved issues even though they were paid in full because they were threatening liens, etc. There were issues from the beginning - design flaws that took weeks to resolve - workers showing up for a day or two and not seen again for weeks...attempts to short-cut work...work that had to be re-done because of short-cutting -the product quality is not what is was portrayed to be and definitely not worth the cost,,,poor clean-up ....and many other numberous issues. For the cost of the project - we absolutley did not receive either the value or the service one would expect. We have built 3 homes over the years and worked with many contractors and this was the worst experience. Would NOT recommend spending your hard earned money with this Company.Great Day Improvements, LLC

I had a great experience with my sunroom project with Patio Enclosures in ******, **. At every step of the project from the initial consultation and design review to the installation day(s), the team at Great Day Improvements was very responsive and helpful. Compared to the other bids I received for the project, I believe the pricing was fair and competitive; and the company provides excellent financing options. Faith (the local project coordinator) was in contact with me throughout the process and helped with some of the steps such as securing the necessary approvals, and assigned one of the best local installation teams to our project. The installation team was very professional and hardworking, and they immediately addressed the few issues I noticed during the construction work. Overall, I am very happy with the project and the service I got from Great Day Improvements - they clearly have been doing this for a long time and perfected the process. Sad totally pathetic, I spent $25,000 on a totally waste of a 3 season room.Totally a waste of my money.They did send people over to try to correct the situation, but to no avail. I purchased their Patio Enclosers product for a 3 season room. I have heat inside the room and a ceiling fan blowing for circulation to stop condensation nothing is stopping it. I also purchased double pane glass for more warmth in the room but all the metal frames are frozen with ice .There is no reason for this other than poor quality of the windows or the installation. I have pictures and a thermometer to prove my point.Great Day Improvements, LLC

Excellent results on the installation of our patio enclosure. It looks great and we plan to use it like a small green house to keep any tropical plants green and growing during the winter months. The installation was done in one day by *** and I was really impressed with his organizational skills as he reviewed the diagrams on the enclosure first and then verified with us how everything would be installed. His experience in organizing the materials and making sure any and all parts were laid out according to the installation. There was no wasted time and his craftsmanship really impressed me. Upon completion, he instructed us on the locking mechanism for the windows and doors. He then proceeded to sweep the area and remove any pieces of construction materials left over. I would highly recommend his work to anyone interested in a new patio enclosure.***, thanks for your fine work ethic with attention to detail and to Patio Enclosures for their great communication from the sales and office staff.*********************Great Day Improvements, LLC

This project took a bit longer than expected. but for reasons out of their control. The contractors were friendly and knowledgeable, as well as hard working. Overall experience was not great at all. The project started without notification (on 9/2) and while we were on vacation. Once returning home and seeing what was started, we noticed the ceiling structure would not allow us to place a fan in the middle of our patio like it was designed. The electrician came out and kindly held off on installing our electrical work due to the layout not making sense. This is now October and the correction is taking place, but the material they used was incorrect and looked terrible. While the frustration set in, it did not help that the workers installing everything continued to smoke on our propriety after asking them to stop twice. After finally getting fed up with it, I spoke to someone within patio enclosure for the second time and told them I did not want the same contractors on my property again. That was handled after the second time. Now it's November and the ceiling needed taken down and replaced...as well as all their trash sitting around our deck for several weeks. I had to reach out to someone in patio enclosure every time the installers left in order to get any information on their return. Now it's December 14th and the project is finally done. There's still a section that still needs fixed, but I'm tired of contacting someone to correct things. This is the first work we've had done to the house and it was a bad experience overall. The electrician was very polite and professional while the installers were rude and unprofessional when speaking with my wife. I hope this review will help the business improve with their installment quality and professionalism when working at someone's house. Patio Enclosures/Great Day Improvements ScamDONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM Earlier this year a young man by the name of ***** came to our home representing Patio Enclosures/Great Day Improvements. We sat down with him for a few hours going over very clear details about an addition on our house. ***** indicated that the job would start a few months after our initial meeting and would take about 1-2 weeks. That time came and went with a plethora of excuses about **************** not approving the addition supposedly. My husband went to the proper people for building permits to see if that was the case. Patio Enclosures/Great Day Improvements didnt even contact anyone regarding the permit until my husband put the fire under them. Fast forward right now Patio Enclosures/Great Day Improvements was supposed to show up at a zoning board appeals meeting today (12/13/22) at 7:30 p.m. My husband showed up but Patio Enclosures/Great Day Improvements was a no show. Absolutely nonsense and unprofessional. We have called an abundance of times with numerous excuses from *****, *****, *****, and too many project managers. Is there anyone on here that can direct us to someone who can give us a lead way to get out of this contract where we have been paying monthly for something we dont have? This is absolutely ridiculous! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PATIO ENCLOSURES/GREAT DAY IMPROVEMENTS where ********************* is the incompetent GM who never returns calls.
