      Our Great Day Improvements consultant ******, was excellent. Answered all questions, gave great information and spent over 4 hours with us. We were comfortable working with him. Not pushy or demanding. We are looking forward to Spring when the work can begin!

      Great customer service. Our service person, *******, was exceptional. He called ahead, accessed the problem with our slider, and repaired it. He had us check the work and made sure we were satisfied. He made sure the work area was clean before he left. Gave us easy maintenance suggestions for prolonging the life of the door. I should mention the door is 30 years old and this is the first problem we had with it.********

      Recently we agreed to purchase a patio enclosure from Patio Enclosures of **********. The salesman did an excellent job in presenting the various options which convinced ** to use Patio Enclosures over other companies. Their measuring technician **** came out the other day to take more accurate measurements and had a serious question about the beam supporting the roof of the porch. He was concerned about the structural support for the roof beam. He recommended using support posts instead of just the framing of the enclosure. He was concerned that without the structural support posts the roof support beam could sag after a few years causing the sliding doors not to work properly. **** could have very easily just taken the measurements and left, but as a conscientious craftsman, he said he could not submit the design as suggested without support posts. Not only is **** a good representative for the company, but he is also a good ambassador for the quality of work of the company. He should be commended for his dedication to quality craftsmanship and his concern for the product delivered to the customer. I am extremely grateful that **** was the technician that came to my house. **************

      They were great - turned an unused carport into a beautiful sunroom. The company was great from the very beginning to the installation. Everyone has been great to work with and the crew who came to install it were very professional.

      Thanks Patio Enclosure for your professional team who came out to design and install the closure to my extisting patio. Everyone was very knowledgeable, courteous, and considerate. My project was finished on Friday(11/4/22). The process took approx. 1 month, but the installment only took a few days. So far, I am thrilled and 100% satisfied! I contemplated for years whether or not to do this, and now I so glad I did! I love it, and can't wait to spend time with my family and friends in my beautiful new space. The reason I decided to go with Patio Enclosure was my sales consultant and designer, **************** His kind disposition, professionalism, and presentation blew me away!! When I met *** I knew Patio Enclosure was the company for me to hire for my project. Before my project was to start, ****** was relocated out of town. But, he travel back to *********** to get my project started. That meant so much to me, and I truly appreciated it! Thank you ******!! A few weeks later, I was assigned to ************, who stepped in with no time lost. He and his crew came out once more to make sure all the measurements were correct, and if there were any other charges I wanted to make. That was truly impressive.Last but not least, **************** was my installation technician. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. He kept me updated throughout the entire process. I appreciated how he would clean his worksite before he finished for the day, informed me when he was leaving, and when I could expect him the next morning. He always asked if I had any questions or concerns, and that made me feel that he truly cared how thigs were going. I will highly recommend ****** to my family and friends. He paid close attention to details, and took pride in his work. Thank you ****** and Patio Enclosure for my beautiful patio, and a job well done!!

      replace our patio windows (single pane; patio enclosure done 30 years ago!) with new insulated windows. the whole process took about 5 weeks and the finished installation in one day! they did a great job!
