      We hired Patio Enclosures to build a deck and a screened porch, and we were very happy with the whole experience, from the initial sales consultation through the final building. We're especially appreciative of ******* in the office, who patiently answered any questions and walked us through each step of the process, and ***, who oversaw the team that built the deck and was part of the group who screened in our porch. Highly recommended.

      **** ******* and ******* installed a 3 season room under our existing porch roof. The custom job was done with a high level of precision that is rarely found in todays world. Their attention to detail is both refreshing and impressive. These craftsmen have created an area we are proud of and will last for many years to come.

      Im disappointed with the lack of communication from this company. Subcontracted installers showed without notification. I made them come back with notification first. Install 6 March 2025. Contractors spoke NO English, there was no interpreter. Knowingly installed window with broken seal, two torn screens and installed the door improperly, made numerous holes for the pneumatic door closer. Inspector ***** agreed items needed to be reordered and replaced. He left no contact information. I called two weeks later leaving a number of messages. No response. I finally made contact with ******* (office). She told me all items had been ordered, taking 4 more weeks. She did not confirm items other than all. After 5 and a half weeks (29 April) I again inquired. ******* told me they were pushing to get someone out by 5 or 6 May. Its now Sunday, 18 May, over two weeks later and OVER TWO 1/2 MONTHS AFTER initial install, just for replacements. NO TEXT CALLS OR EMAIL concerning status. This is some of the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced from a supposed reputable company. I will not do business with them again nor refer this company. I will also advise people to refrain from financing with anyone including GreenSky. ******** is ok however a 3rd party disinterested company. Using them Great Day gets ALL THEIR MONEY after install (in my case 6 March). Had known I would not have financed and withheld remaining funds until the job was completed. Theres now NO incentive on the part of Great Day to finish this project since they have their money. Im stuck waiting for them to make good on this project. I have no recourse other than this poor review. I was assured by ***** S (initial design consultation) that every job gets done, but the way things are moving Im not holding my breath. Im not convinced the window, screens and door will all be replaced when/if they do arrive. I get the feeling they just want me to go away. Their location is in **********.

They are scheduled to arrive in June.       Don't waste your money on this company!! They completed my project approximately 2 months ago. I will say the installers did a great job. However, there was a defect on one of my sliding doors that I was told would be fixed. TWO MONTHS LATER!!! nothing has been done about this issue. I have tried calling, leaving emails with ****, left a text message with ***** (alleged customer feedback person) and have heard nothing, they keep ghosting me!! this company is a joke, very poor customer service for the price you pay...take your business elsewhere folks.

      I had Great Day Improvements put up a patio screen around my balcony. I live in a condo. From the start to the finish, I was so happy with the whole team. First, *****, the design consultant, gave me expert advice and ideas. Next, ****** took great measurements because everything is custom made, then ****** and ******* came out to install the patio screen. It is beautiful and very well done. The installers made sure every detail was correct. In charge of this whole process was *****. She was amazing and made sure every question and concern I had was addressed immediately. I could call or text her anytime. If she wasn't available, she got back to me as soon as possible. Overall, I would recommend Great Day Improvements. I was totally satisfied with their work.

      Where do I start? Overpriced. Delayed installation. Ordered in April, they installed in December after failing to deliver the correct materials THREE times. Three deliveries of windows that were the wrong size, one in June, one in September, and one in December. They started the second installation by cutting screens and leaving them for three months before returning. Even then, there was a screen the incorrect size, left busted trim, and one window that won't slide. It's now April, and they have yet to finish this job. Meanwhile, the line of credit with GreenSky is fully withdrawn. In other words, GD (not a pun) has been paid for this shoddy and unprofessional work. I've had contact with three different schedulers. Four installers. And others. They all promised me I'd get a refund due to their shoddy work. No word yet despite promises. Not a single promise kept in 12 months (aside from taking my money from the line of credit). Run away.

      The issues I describe have very little to do with what I believe are well meaning individuals who are providing services and recovery promises. Its not personal. Its the overall system of order to manufacture to delivery to installation that is broken. It seems that its mot a priority of management to create a company that keeps promises. Each interaction includes stories of others whose project is a mess and employees who have resigned or were fired. Employees on the front line seem to be left with the blowback.
