  I went to get a personal loan told him not a title loan and come to find out he gave me a title loan and I've paid $800 on it and he told me the money I'm paying is interest I have to pay the whole thing off I said personal loans u pay installments don't go to this place and I have witness what I said

  This place needs to be shut down. They made a loan for a customer for $10,000 on a 2020 GMC. This customer income is 1300$ and month and they convince her they had to lowest rate around. This company put this customer on a high rate with very high payments. The payments for this loan was 1500$ and she only bring in 1300$. The only answer one of the employees had to say was she shouldnt came and got the loan. Very unethical practice and bad attitude on helping a customer.

  I contacted Speedy Cash in regards to a cash advance loan that I had completed online in 2019. I wanted to pay the loan in full, in order to have the loan removed from my credit report. I contacted the customer service number and the customer service representatives were unresponsive and unaware of how to resolve my situation with the proper information regarding the cash advance loan. I was hung up on twice by two separate customer service representatives, and when I finally reached the collections department, the customer service representative hung up on me with no information about my cash advance loan or how to repay the loan.

  We ( my boyfriend and I) were doing a title loan and after mistake after mistake three hours later we were still not approved . Mistake from employee . Manager would not take over to make this a fast ( what you advertise ) loan process . We have did an application three times now and still nothing . Also the approval amount was so little it was a waste of our time going there when my vehicle was 10 years older and a lot of wear to it and I got a higher rate of approval. This is store number ***** . Over all I give our visit a great 0 rate being worst experience I have had at a professional business.   This company is is trying to collect on a debt from 2015. It has taken me years to clean up credit, and now they are trying to collect on an eight year old Debt? I hope someone contact me so I can file a complaint against this company!

  Titlemax charge high interest rate, principal interest balance never decrease, i pay on time every month. I was not aware that Titlemax had been sued for over charging high interest rates on their loans. I have 7 months over the amount of money i owe them. I need my title back and cleared from this loan. I still make payments until i can get help.

  Rude representative calls and demands an immediate yes answer from me (which I wont do because of say yes scam). The representative rudely responds when I tell them I wont say that right off the bat because of the scam. The representative wouldnt tell me where they called from at start of the call when they introduced themself and no company name on caller id. Only way I found it was title *** was by calling in. The representative that called me when I advised Im cautious because of scams retorted well when you are ready to verify we can talk till then wont tell you nothing and hung up on me when I was trying to get out then dont call me no more.

  Title *** is nothing more than a bunch of crooks preying upon the desperation of people who are in a financial crisis. They use tactics that are as smooth as butter and soft as oil. The young woman who initially worked with me cried and sobbed about how cut throat her job was all the while petitioning me to write her a good review on ******* Watch out for the cunning use of flattery words to make you think you are getting a good interest rate. Needless to say, I was lied to and when I confronted her about the lie she began to yell at me on the phone with a sudden click on her end. The lack of clarity and professionalism goes to show what kind of business it is.

  Took auto loan from **************** store no longer in busisness. I was in bankruptcy paid loan off thru court. Sent paper work 3 times to release of title as of today 10/04/23 paperwork has not been upload to my account. I want my ******************** spent 45 on hold today got nowhere
