  If I could give it one Stars I would the manager **** called me up and start yelling So what had happened was my lawyer sent me a check I went to go cash it turns out that they had voided that check and they did not know if I mean this until 2 Days Later and so the check bounced I then called up the company to let them know that the check get bounced and then the check cashing place called me up this guy proceeds to yell at me like a man child claiming that he's been doing this for 15 years and I said that's good for you but can we talk like adults because right now you're sounding like a man child and he proceeds to yell how he's going to get the police involved and I said sir what all due respect I have screenshots I have everything to prove that the company was at fault for this so they are going to reimburse you unlike you sir I have basic customer service skills and he then proceeds to y'all more so at this point my mom and my brother are hearing this design loudspeaker and he proceeds to cuss at them so I tell him I am going to report you sir because now you're supposedly a manager but yet you're cussing at my family now what of check cashing place hires a so-called manager if they don't even know basic customer service skills or how to handle a situation I think they need a fire this guy because honestly he doesn't deserve his position

  I have received no surprises here, just fast money (on the order of a few minutes) without any hit to my credit. They told me up front what the finance charges and interest were. Take your time, listen, and read. When you sign, it will be because you decided that in your case, its worth it.

  Thanks to Title *** and their lovely data breach my information was used and my credit was massively hit. Not only has my entire experience been awful but now I'm actually worse off than I was.Thanks for nothing, Title ***. I hope the class action lawsuit bankrupts you

  I have been dealing with the Title *** in **********,** on ********************** down near the Thrift store for a while now. I would give this place Zero stars if I could. When I first Borrowed from them everything was great the Young man I dealt with was very understanding and was willing to work with me. Then I go in One day and He is no longer there and some woman name ****** is there. She started off nice and friendly. I was upfront and honest about what I was going through. I get up this morning to take my Husband and Daughter to the Emergency Room to find out that She has had my car Repoed after telling me that she would work with me. If you are in the ********** area Don't do Business with the Title *** in the 11, 000 block of **********************. They will ruin your Life. It doesn't help that I was a victim in the Data Breach.

  They ****! I got a notice from their pathetic company saying that my loan had a car as collateral. I told them about 20 times that I never have owned that car. They then froze my account to where I cant log in to make my payments. Called them again and was told that I had to pay off loan in full which will never happen. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PATHETIC COMPANY!

  I dont think they deserve one star!! The customer service in Georgetown was awful!! The lady name ***** is horrible ! **************** is below standards! Ive been in the customer service industry for 10 plus years, I have never treated, potential customers or customers the way she did! Its a way how you talk to someone! This is no way to deal business! This company will lose all its business, having a customer service representative like her! She needs prayer! I pray that she knows God! If not I pray she finds him or gets a connection! She has a demonic demon inside of her

  When Check into cash was bought out by community choice financial I had a loan for my motorhome that had one payment left of $275. The people at check into cash said they could not take the final payment and gave me a number for the new owners to talk to about making the final payment. After calling and getting the run around for a month I gave up. That was three years ago. I would like to sell the vehicle but it has a lien on it from the original contract. CCFI is a poorly run business

  They’re unprofessional and ghetto. I was trying to get a payday loan, but I had an account with my child, which was not the the county needed to get the loan they said. When I ask for documentation of that, stating that I was refused. When I asked, who was the person who rejected my account they refused to give me their information. And none of the employees will give me their names, nor did they wear badges. And either, though they are unprofessional, they do not fear any discipline from the higher power. Their arrogance and unprofessionalism is something that you could say. They do consistently and that they feared no discipline. so as I’m writing this complaint, I can’t either formally communicate of who I dealt with at this facility. There they are very ghetto and unprofessional. I will be having a attorney write the corporate office about them, because as you can see from this website that has been many complaints and nothings being done.
