I think that title *** is robbing me blind. I got a loan on my **** ****** Camry in January 2022 and I've been making payments of $365.00 per month. There isn't one dime of my money being put towards the principle amount owed, all of the $365. is going towards interest which makes it impossible to pay off the loan which is only $3400.00. I've been told that I would need to pay at least $400. for any to go towards the principle. I think this is a clear case of Loan sharking and I need help in a major way. They are threatening to repo my car in a few days and I need help.

Never do business with Title *** unless you want to be robbed blind. They are clearly loan sharks. They should change their name to Title Mobsters.

This company is by far the best ever and super patient with me. So my bank froze my account due to many transactions in one day and they wanted me to come in with ID but i was in ****** for a wedding and my payment comes out on Monday but i dont return back til Wednesday, so i was freaking out. I did email them right away which was a short notice; but they email me back saying dont worry have a good time at the wedding and we will worry about it when i return; even though they said this i was still stressing out; as i am NoT a person to be late or miss a payment. They did not brother me; even when i returned home on Wednesday i didn't even go home i went straight to the bank and everything was okay and unfrozen; i emailed them saying they can take it out now everything good. I never heard from them til the next day which I believe i was misunderstanding them or miscommunication because i thought they can just take it out automatically which wasn't the case; so on thursday i emailed again saying its okay to take it out but i didn't know i had to etransfer them which got i was cleared about that in friday. But all those days they DID NOT make it stressful maybe because i was updating them everyday, but wow thank you for being so patient and understanding; i just hope this doesn't effect me from borrowing again cuz that would be sad. I really love their customer service, so as long as you dont leave them wondering they are understanding; we are human and sometimes things happen but thank you i really appreciate the service.

My car was reposed. In the process, the repo man punch me in the jaw closed fist. I am a 5'3 size 4 female that never laid a hand on him. I have a bruised swollen jaw. When I notified the office that ordered the repossession in Andalusia, AL to make them aware of his aggressive behavior, the manager Lisa' s reply was- well you should have made your payments. So if you borrow money from them, don't miss a payment or Lisa will have you beat up for it and be proud of it!!!

This company really knows how to get away with not breaking any laws and s******* the hard workers that already live paycheck to paycheck. A $3000 loan shouldn't take 3 years to pay off and definitely end up costing almost $10,000. That's just highway robbery. Contract, contract, contract...... Screwed, screwed, screwed!!!
