  This company is a total scam, unethical and should be shut down. Coming after me over 10 years later when I filed for bankruptcy and trying to garnish my wages. Absolutely ridiculous. The people that call are shady and threatening. Beware and stay away!

  This for the office in ************, **. They remove bad reviews from ****** if they don't like it. Sound like an honest company to you? No vulgar language used just a break down of their repo fees and the bad experience I had with them.

  I went to them and wanted to get $1000 but they talked me into $3700 and told me how much I would have to pay a month I missed two payments and they took my car. Now I'm taking them to court for fraud and other things

  I have tried several times to make a payment online. After several attempts I called the branch i received my loan from only for them to tell me that i have to come into the branch to make a payment. i work out of town. They would not take my payment over the phone and they had no answer for why the online app was not working properly.

  I have dealt with title *** before. The ********** office as well the ********** office and this so-called Business that says ow, we will help you get your title back is a load of c*** the folks at the ********** office are arrogant and lie to get what they want. As the manager of the ********** office, she is a huge jerk and is VERY rude and inconsiderate. I had covid as well for a couple of months as well did my wife that had heart conditions with covid, and it almost killed my wife. We fell behind on our bill for our car i explained the situation to the title *** in ********** that i had gotten the loan through and they acted like they understood and told me to get it caught up as soon as possible. I tried to get it caught up as fast as possible but tile *** in ********** thought to take it on themselves to call and let the phone ring just enough to hang up and then put that i was ignoring them even when I called back. they sent a wrecker to my house and then the 2 guys lied to me as they were aggressive and rude and yelling at me and my wife saying we were on video (which was a lie) and then preceded to yell at me for the keys when me and my wife never raised our voices or got violent. then these 2 wreckers drivers walked all over my property and i told them they could not and was told by the 2 drivers that they could do whatever they wanted just like one of the wrecker drivers that drove a gray ***** to my house as blocked inn my cars in the driveway between the wrecker and my cars and the wrecker drivers car parked Infront. I mean really this is how business works you get to violate laws and do whatever you want. then title *** hires a bunch of liars to go get cars for them and tell them by whatever means. my wife works at a hydraulics company and these people at tile *** are a huge joke my wife's bill was not behind and she could ****** against her loan with ******** and then they send a Lier with a wrecker to go pick up her vehicle at her work and trespass.

  If i was able to give no stars I would, customer service reps was rude as could be, cutting me off and ask and answering questions for me. When asked to be transferred to "team lead, supervisior" I was placed on hold and then busy signal

  They charged me 11% to cash a ****************** Check when it should have only been 3% . They owe me $540 and they do not care and they are not doing anything about it!I do know if I get an Attorney they can be charged up to 6 times the amount that they stole from me. Plus I believe they committed a crime and could be punished for it.

  I received a title loan 9/23/22 and went in on 10/20/22 and paid off the loan and continue to get the run around about receiving my title back. My registration sticker was out and I had to go to the courthouse to get my sticker because there was a block placed on my registration because the information that the title loan sent over to the *** was wrong and they said they had been trying to correct it with title **** I signed the waivers at the courthouse for my title to be corrected and continue calling every week to title *** and still have not gotten my title back yet. I wish I would have never went to them and urge anyone not to ever make the same mistake I did. And then they have the audacity to keep calling me offering me more loans and haven't even return my title to me!!!!
