They ****. If you dont have to and if you have to dont get one. I was late on my payment but all in the same month of being late they came and picked my car up. I got it back. I only got 700 from them a whole year and a half ago and been paying 131 a month and they still shows I owe them 715 when do you eve get them paid off. I currently owed them for just this month and they came and got my car agin after me just paying the regular amount versus the fees they had added and they done picked it up again. My claim is addressed not only to the company but also to its staff and its customer service area For three long years I have paid my payments for a credit of **** dollars in a timely manner due to medical and labor situations, I have been involved in a nightmare not only enduring discriminatory mistreatment but also having to make repetitive calls so that my claim can be welcomedPlease, whoever sees this msn, look for other alternatives to get money because they will not only find high interest rates but also mistreatment, even more so if you are Hispanic The reason for my despair is firstly because I am not an undocumented person, and secondly, that all my personal information was given to obtain my credit. If you lost this information, it is your problem and I have every right as a decent person to refuse to hand it over now. that you have itNow I have nothing left but to pay my lawyer so that this company learns that in the eyes of the world we are all the same. Not a creditable company and I am surprised that BBB is reporting as an A+. Maybe BBB is not a creditable company. That's a lot of negative reviews. Speedy Cash is a scam, they do some shady stuff and I cannot get a clear answer as to why they operate how they do, such as accessing my account to pay towards my debt. The only answer I get is that it under business review. That is my personal info they are holding hostage against me.

Terrible company I have been trying to settle out with them for two days now and keep getting the runaround. My loan amount was for $3200 and yet they would not settle with me for $1800 They again stated that I have put $2000 towards my interest They stated they would not settled with me and than stated they would settle for $2500 I was trying to buy back my title, but this company just wants you trap I do not recommend this company to anyoneReview fromjesse k

The title max office personnel at least with my experience and at this location is the absolute most scandalous failure to inform you or even discuss the paperwork or anything thay were just so adamant to make for certain that you are going to get the absolute least amount possible for your vehicle this lady puts in her report and information about my car and then gets responses from corporate on approval 3 different times and each time she makes a calll to them and is well didn't you read about the seatcovers ect. This was the best loan I've ever been a part of. The people were so friendly and kind and they gave me multiple chances to pay back my loan with very little penalty. In fact, they gave me an extra $100 for gas since it was a fairly long drive out there. I'm from ******, ******* and they gave me the same terms as their people in closer areas. Titlemax is nothing but cons. This time they have met their match. Our car **** loan was paid off and they returned our title. 6mos later we come home to a wrecker hooking to a different vehicle we own that has never had a title **** on it and they say it's because we still owe on the other car that was paid off and received the title on. Had to let wrecker take it for now but who do they think they are? Hope they know their going to deal with the attorney this time and it's going to cost them. I have been unemployed after getting a $7000 loan. i gave them $4000 and i got behind a about a month due to not working. When i called i was told i owe over $6000. I was shocked and tried to negotiate to get lowered. No room for negotiation, they talked to me so disrespectful and very rude. I asked to speak with district manager. They said district manager wasn't there so i asked for his number and was put on hold, She came back on phone and said he won't be able to be contacted for a couple of weeks according to an email he put out. So i asked for his contact number again going *************** with her excuses and i was put on hold again. when she returned i was told she sent him an email and he would be calling me within 5 minutes, All of this was lies and knew i was getting the run around. i called corporate several times and finally got a hold of district manager and he told me he didn't get an email or know anything about this. Now i was going to pay the loan off with a draw i was going to get from my retirement and i wasn't able to take a withdraw for close to a year. I;m going to do my best to get this outrageous interest and late fees associated with this loan paid off. If there is anyway or place to get help from being beat up with all the these extra fees and high interest rates i could use the help,Review fromMia J

I received a loan for ******* in August of 2022. Since then only once was I late not to mention the due date is on the twelve of the month and so happened my pay was deposited on a Friday the 13th in the month of January 2023. The balance was extremely high and appeared as ******* for being one day late. I pay $230 a month. As of today my pay off balance is almost ******* still higher than the borrowed amount after paying $230 a month for six months. To be honest the borrowed amount has been paid. This horrible company located in ********* ** really rigged up a contract for 6 years on a balance of ******* at $230 a month. I am seeking legal help in abolishing these type of third party lenders. I advise no one to use this service. They are predators preying on the poor, needy, and people with bad credit. I hope to see this company get penalized for the horrible practices theyve adopted. I believe this is a crime against humanity
