Great service! Tech let me know when he was coming, communicated his findings (unfortunately he found mice). He set up a rodent protection tied to my insect contract. So hopefully thee mice will find a home somewhere else!!Greenix Pest Control

We hired Greenix in July of 2023. We had a wasp problem outside of our home. They convinced us we needed a 1 year, monthly service where they come out and spray the nest each month. Not only did they continue to charge us for a 1 year service until we finally complained in October of 2024 (3 months after our 1 year membership should have expired), but they also pushed all the wasps into our home. Their "services" cost us hundreds and made the problem 10 times worse. Never ever hire them.Greenix Pest Control

When I hired Greenix I was not informed on the phone that I would be paying a subscription service regardless of service being rendered. I was charged $45 per month when they stopped coming out after the first month. I had to keep requesting they come. I had text messages saying I was having a service provider come but no one ever came those times. The pest control service was advertised as covering all of interior and exterior, the first visit I kept asking about the outside protection but the technician did not do any outside coverage reassuring me it was fine. We continued to see German cockroaches in our house. I tried to cancel my service over the phone and described the issues where services were subpar or I did not have anyone come out when they said they did and was threatened with massive fees to end my service with them. They ended up charging me $500 to cancel and the initial subscription fee of $500 wasn't charged until June 3, 2024 when I originally began being serviced January 2024 (I was only charged the monthly fee at this time). Why was my initial fee saved for after I complained and got harangued into keeping them? Now my $500 cancellation fee has been sent to collections because they were in breech of their own contract with their services not being fulfilled when and how they described while happily taking all my money.Greenix Pest Control

The new serviceman did a better job. Cleaned everything inside and out. used more chemicals than last time. I know cold weather is coming soon, but this may take care on spiders and bugs till then. Great job. Thanks.Greenix Pest Control
