      I had an ant infestation I couldn't control. My husband has had cancer twice, so I wanted the "least chemical" option I could find. I chose Greenix. Do not make my mistake. They make you sign a long-term contract for services you don't want. My cancellation fee was $250. Did they solve my ant problem? Yes. Are they now a continuous pain in the butt? Yes.

      If I could give no stars I would. This service did not eliminate or stop insects from entering. We actually noticed significantly more spiders after treatment. The inside of the house wasn't treated, only the outside. I was told this would be sufficient. It wasn't. I signed a 1 year contact and attempted to end after two treatments because the service did not work. The company continued service even though I made MULTIPLE calls requesting an end. They continued to service our house and **** our credit card after the contract date even though I would cancel upon getting a notice that they were scheduled to come out. I demanded a refund and I'm waiting for it. I was also told that they continue servicing customers after the end of a contract because most people love their service so much. Apparently multiple calls attempting to cancel don't sway this decision.

      The initial consultation went great, the service technician was very pleasant to deal with. First and second services went good with same technician texting me day before treatment, but then.Now I seem to get different technicians with only same day notice. Also frequency of services have randomly increased. I wasnt scheduled for a ************* but guess who showed up today?, yep. My biggest gripe is somehow they have put me on auto **** which I NEVER approved of, I dont do that for any of my bills. Quite fishy how that happened!!! I will be canceling as soon as contract is up. DO NOT SIGN THE CONTRACT!!!! Look elsewhere

      I requested a tech come by in July and have yet to receive an appointment or a follow up. I had an appointment scheduled that was last minute cancelled and the company is still taking monthly funds without providing the contracted services. I'll be submitting a dispute to my credit card company for not completing the requested services.
