Greenix committed us to a mutltiple year contract. We added on the rodent when they said that the hills were because of voles. 9 months later they say its actually a gopher and they can't do anything. We were being charged extra for this service they said we needed and then they said we didn't... We cancelled the service and was charged $399 to cancel.... that is 3 months of fees that we got charged. I will never use this company again.Review fromMark S

Awful company to work with. Sales people lie to you to sign you up. The treatments did not work. I was told I could cancel at any time at no additional fees and that is a LIE. I would not work with this company.Review fromPaul P

l have a long history with the company - over five years of service. They are prompt and the people are nice, but they lack experience to solve bug and pest problems. What they spray does a number on anything crawling around. It does not resolve the problem and bugs continue to crawl around. After years of service and retreatments and not having the issue resolved I finally complained so much that they canceled my service contract. The sales people sold a lie. The employees servicing did not not have the know how and in the end they have left with what little they could squeeze out of me and I still have bugs. If you are concerned with ants on your patio they do a good job at removing them. If you have spiders also not to worry they can get them, but if the issue is beyond a border around your home - they can not help. Also it is interesting to note the number of different **** that arrived. They have very high turn over. Managers down to service **** all replaced within 18 months, So I have had multiple sets of people and none could seem to find the notes of what the prior had done and how to make progress going forward. In the end this is a sad story of a company over selling what they can do and then having people unable to meet what was sold. I do not recommend this pest control service.Greenix Pest Control

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE..... Go elsewhere. The sales **** lie, the service staff themselves say that the sales team isn't boots on the ground and lie to customers. Say whatever to get you signed up and take your money. I was lied to and i am with the 3 days right to rescind and the emailed a signed copy of the cancellation but saw they require a hard copy signed or a call. I called and was hung up on twice. Called from a different number and they were willing to talk to me when they thought i was signing up but hung up when i said i want to cancel. Unreal. Do not use this company. I am very very unhappy with the false and deceptive nature of this business.Greenix Pest Control

DO NOT HAVE THEM OUT TO YOUR HOUSE. I've had them out to my house 3-4 times since February. I agreed to pay $39.99 per month without having full understanding by them that I was agreeing to a 12 month contract. I've had 2 technicians text me at 7 a.m. telling me I am on their schedule for the day. I did not schedule either of those appointments and had no knowledge of anyone coming out. The last time someone came out, the technician called and told me I have a huge flea issue that urgently needed resolved and that if they got into my house, it would be almost impossible to get rid of them. He told me if I went through him only that he would give me a discount and charge me $100 initial fee and increase my monthly bill by $50.00. I called the company to address this and asked about cancelling and was told I would have to pay a $250.00 cancellation fee. This was not mentioned to me when I had them out for the first time in February 2025. What a scam! They just want your money and I have been in my home for 17 years and have never had a flea issue! I cannot even guarantee this is a real issue. It appears to me they just want more money or that the technician is trying to get money on the side.Greenix Pest Control

When they park in our neighborhood, they always park right behind my driveway which is very dangerous. Their drivers do not have any awareness of how they operate their vehicles.Greenix Pest Control

We had a salesman come into our neighborhood last summer. They sold me a 6-MONTH contract in June of 2024. I questioned this because I thought it was stupid to pay for outdoor pest control through the winter months. We still had pest issues all last summer and they never even caught 1 *** or vole that was tearing up our yards. My son came over in August and caught 2 in 2 days. I tried to cancel in Dec 2024 and they told me I signed a ************************************** cancel. The is the worse service and results I have seen.Greenix Pest Control

I have experienced more no-shows than actual services, which has made it impossible for me to rely on your service.
