      **** did a great job calling in advance of his arrival, explaining exactly what he was going to do upon his arrival and asking if we had any issues with pests and what he could do to address them. He efficiently executed his responsibilities by wiping for spider webs, dusting for bugs and spreading granules on the lawn to keep insects from creeping towards the house. He also pointed out some possible areas for 'bridging' - bushes/branches close to the house that allow pests to avoid pesticides to enter the house. So far, Greenix has done a good job for us. We have been approached by several competitors, but remain loyal to Greenix as long as they continue to provide the level of service that employees like **** exhibited.

      I was misinformed from the beginning and could not get the salesman to come back to discuss my issues. When I tried to contact the company I had to speak to an operator outside the ** and I was told I would get the agreement and time to review before moving on. This was not the case. One treatment I had caused so many spiders that I couldnt even watch out my back door because of the webs. When I tried to contact the company I never received a response or call back. Today when I finally got ahold of someone, it was an operator outside the **. I had to wait to speak to someone in this country and when I finally did he didnt seem concerned about the spiders. I was told that what happens when they spray they all come out ????? He seemed to be talking from a script so I didnt get the customer support so I cancelled the service. Within in minutes I was charged $249 as a cancellation fee. I would recommend this company, they are out for money not customer satisfaction

      BBB please help me this company has multiple reviews that say the exact same thing they are signing up people for 12 month contracts and taking advantage of woman I spoke with the account manager **** and I tried to explain everything to him and he admitted there was never a confirmation that she wanted a subscription they also hung up on me multiple times. Is there something you can do there is a pattern with this business. They are lying to customers just to make a sale

      Inquired about a rodent inspection/quote. I was told by the sale *** I needed to sign paperwork ahead of the inspection to facilitate service if there was need upon inspection. When the technician arrived they just did the work without my approval. I was then billed for the service/subscription. I had more quotes scheduled with other pest control companies. I did not agree to the work with Greenix. I called customer service to complain. They agreed it did say in my account that they were to call BEFORE doing any work on site. They said they would refund but never did. I ended up reversing charges on my card and have since been sent to collections. I called Greenix again to dispute the charges and was told even though they did the service without my permission i would still need to pay for the baits that were placed. Why should i pay for work i did not ask for? Your technician did not read the note in my account and took it upon himself to do the work. Do yourself a favor and avoid doing business with Greenix. Expensive and shady business practices.

      Review for Greenix ********************* and Unnecessary Roadblocks Im extremely disappointed with Greenix's refusal to process a simple advance cancellation request. When I reached out to notify them well in advance of my intent to cancel service at the end of my contract, I received a vague and unsatisfactory response stating that they were "unable" to place an advanced cancellation hold on my account.This raises serious concerns about why they are making it so difficult for customers to leave. It feels like they are deliberately creating obstacles to keep people locked into their service longer than necessary. I gave them plenty of notice, and I expect a company to handle such a straightforward request efficiently and without complications.I hope others consider this before deciding to work with Greenix.******
