Absolutely disgusting, disrespectful, distasteful, hateful. The manager on duty was so rude to my husband when he was simply trying to rectify and issue with a pop sale and the fact that in his tired state after working for an entire 2 weeks straight, he mistakenly didn't scan 1 CASE of soda. He was called a thief and made to feels stupid that he even came back to rectify the situation. It is an awful horrible thing to do to someone who is simply asking for help and trying to do the right thing. The manager on duty at 5pm at the princeton wv kroger location should be sited and measures taken to ensure this doesn't happen again. If that means demotions and training until they show their growth so be it.Review fromJoel P

This business has fake advertised prices... They offer "Weekly Digital Deals", and they DO NOT honor these prices. They allow you to create an Account online... they let you log in, and they state that if you scan a QR Code, sign into your account, and provide your phone number that when you input your phone number in at checkout that you will get this discounted price. They do NOT honor their prices... They are also rude to you when you point out that they are not honoring the prices.Review fromKaneshia C

An Employee Lied on Me And Said It Looked Like I Was Stealing I Went And got the Security Guard Myself And told him what was going on and it turned into a Scary situation. I Was Body slammed by the Officer and taken to jail. After Going through hell and finding out that Senior Citizens that witnessed what happened and Me constantly calling and appearing from court house to calling and talking to a clerk at the Deas office and talking to different people throughout the police department something changed I ended up calling the Pretrial office everyday someone told me they threw my charges out over the phone. I went to Kroger's one day and asked to speak With the Manager one Day I don't know who exactly I Talked to but they told Me That Some of their Customers kept coming to the store writing and Verbally making complaints About the situation That all they could tell Me Is That They didn't put me on a trespassing list I could still shop there. They lied to me Over the phone and said they were gonna Give Me A few Gift cards as an apology but that never happened. I've been shopping at Kroger's since I was a kid I Still Can't Mentally Process it I Went There To Get Things For My Manager at My Job And Had A Breakdown I Had An Anxiety Attack My Friend Had To Console Me Just to even Make It To The Register Y'all Don't Know What That Did To Me I'm Really Scared To Even Go There.Review fromEbony S

The worst Kroger and customer service ever. There was a worker in the gas department behind the glass acting like a total maniac. Loud, rude, ghetto and so unprofessional. She wore glasses and a dirty wrap around her head, and she yelled and screamed at customers for no reason. I pay 99 dollors a year to have my groceries delivered to my home. Me and my mother are the only residents and were both disabled. They froze the online order portion of my account without giving me any waring as to why. I called january 10th after receiving an error code, and was informed that a purchase made on November 17th wasn't paid in full due to the deliverer not cashing there tip for 2 months. The bank account for said purchase is now closed. I was told by fredmeyer to send a money order for $11.25. It was sent on January 13th priority mail. I was told it could take a few days originally, today (january 23th) speaking with customer service they told me it will take anywere from 3 to 4 weeks. The service is pre pay and i cant use the service and they wont refund me my $99. I feel that they are being unjust and committing fraud.Review fromJason M

I am beyond frustrated with the appalling treatment I received during my recent visit to King Soopers. I went to the store to quickly grab just two items, but what should have been a simple errand turned into an incredibly uncomfortable and hostile experience. When I arrived, I saw the security guard, Enriche, standing in the middle of the one-way lane, harassing or hitting on another shopper. I had no choice but to maneuver my car around him in order to park. As I was getting my produce inside the store, he approached me aggressively, accusing me of almost hitting him, despite the fact that he was clearly in the wrong standing where he was. I tried to explain that he shouldn’t have been standing in the middle of the road, but instead of resolving the situation calmly, he escalated things unnecessarily. He then threatened to deny me service, saying he was going to call the manager. I told him to go ahead, as he was clearly on some kind of power trip and trying to start a fight for no reason. I was not being disruptive or rude, yet he continued to be antagonistic, and then proceeded to threaten me with calling the police. After I finished my shopping, I left the store, but the entire experience left a sour taste in my mouth. I’ve been a loyal King Soopers customer for over a decade, but I will never return to this location until Enriche is removed as a security guard. His unprofessionalism, hostility, and intimidation tactics are completely unacceptable and have completely ruined my opinion of this store.Review fromBrandon C

During the Christmas season 2024, I was in Fred Meyers (15609 E Sprague Ave, Spokane Valley, WA 99037) for the purpose of sending holiday money to friends and family in Africa through Money Services. I was asked the most intrusive questions about who I'm sending money to and why, how long I've known them, whats the purpose of the funds, whats the purpose of this money transfer, how do I know this person and on and on until I told the cashier "You don't need to ask these questions" its very clearly written on the scanner that I have to answer the few required questions. I told her that these questions are intrusive and that I am verified and have been sending money for years. It is very difficult to get money to family and friends in Africa. Banks are only in the city and everyone uses mobile wallets at the local stores. This is how the world sends money." She became angry and said "you're in here too much sending money to Africa and I don't trust you. I don't like it and I'm not doing it." After I left the line she begins to tell a customer that wanted to send money to Africa and she's not allowing me to sending money to that **** hole. I filed a complaint with corporate and never heard a thing. Today 1/17/2025 I went to Fred Meyers to pick up some money thru Money Services and I was told that I'm not allowed to use money services anymore. An employee doesn't like me sending money to Africa, despite my BEING VERIFIED AND HAVING NEVER HAD AN ISSUE BEFORE. I'm not allowed to use Money Services because a WHITE woman, she doesn't like the country in Africa where my Wife and her family are from. I've never been so ****** in my life! I'm disgusted with the bold faced racism that i keep experiencing at Fred Meyer. I am a white man and my wife is from Africa and that seems to be an issue with White employees at Fred Meyers in Spokane Valley Washington.Review fromfangfang c.

I am using their auto check machine to purchase one green onion, the machine popup the window to ask me to enter the phone number, my phone number start at 480, I entered it and wiped my credit card. The bill show the transaction of 48 of green onion I purchased.I asked the clerk to void the transaction, he did, then I asked for the receipt ,he said he cannot give to me. I asked him for a few times and he refuse to give the evidence of void transaction. So , I tell him I want to talk to his manager.His manager, a lady, gave the receipt finally. I said this machine does not work properly, and She said it is not a machine issue, is what I did something wrong. I would like to talk to her but she refused. Then I ask her I would like to talk to her manager, she got mad at me and shout at me,"Get out my store"I said, Why? "Yes, I kick you out of store now", "If you not leaving, I am calling the police".I told her, "I did nothing wrong, and you should not treat me like this"."Yes, I can" she yelled at me.She called the police and filed a trespass warning on me and I could not go back to this sore for a year.This is not professional and is clearly to me not the right way to treat a loyal customer. I have been shopping at Fry's for more than 20 years.
