Disappointing Experience with Duplicate Charges and Poor Customer Service I ordered my groceries with the expectation of a smooth delivery experience. Instead, I encountered an issue where, after my groceries were delivered and payment cleared on the 21st, I was charged two additional times on subsequent days. When I reached out, I was informed these were pre-authorizations. However, my bank later confirmed these were actual charges, not holds. To make matters worse, my attempt to resolve the issue was met with unprofessionalism. I was repeatedly called “Sir” despite clarifying that this was incorrect, and the explanation I received—first from a representative and then from a supervisor who claimed to have consulted with finance—was unsatisfactory and inconsistent with my bank’s findings. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend shopping here. I expected better transparency and customer service, and instead, I received inaccurate information and an attitude that left me frustrated. I will not be returning for future grocery orders and encourage others to consider their options carefully before choosing this service.Disputed with my bank, they confirmed they were indeed charges and not holds or auths. More to story but don't feel like posting all. But I will not be shopping Kroger ever again and will be posting on social media full story.

I was a boost member with Dillons for about a year. I put up with their delivery drivers and selections of fruits and veggies! Some of the Instacart drivers were just terrible. My last experience in April was the last straw! I ordered $44 worth of groceries and the driver insisted they couldn't find my home after I gave them details on how to find my home. Come to find out after canceling the my order I was thinking charged an extra $21 . To top it off I was charged again the other very next day another $21. Yes I got my refunds and canceled my boost membership after several calls and getting in touch with a supervisor. Now Dillons (Kroger) will never again have access to my bank account and even when I go shopping I now only pay with cash! Had to cancel out my **** and get a new card all because someone decided to help themselves to my bank account. Not to mention all the awful deliveries I had to put up with and get multiple refunds due to rotting produce. ****** learned, if a business is not BBB accredited I won't deal with them. Shame on you Dillons for taking advantage of the handicap and elderly! If I could I'd leave 0 stars! Shoppers beware!

Three times in the last week I have been overcharged for items listed as on sale in the app! When I get said items they turn around and charge me full price for them! I have screen shots of the sale prices with the coupon clipped and they dont want to honor them!!! Is there not something that can be done?? I purchased the sale items because they were on sale then get charged full price after theyre delivered!!! I called customer support and they offered half of my money back until I told them Id be contacting ********************! If an item is on sale i should get it for the sale price!! Not be charged full price later!! I have screen shots of all sale items and what I was supposed to be charged then what I was actually charged. This is beyond ridiculous! Theyre robbing people! Untelling how many people dont actually realize theyre getting robbed from a multimillion dollar corporation!

I was just in Kroger in ***** and have been banded for good by some new woman manager. I shop for myself and my grown family. We are all business professionals and some work crazy hours. Sometimes I do the shopping for all and deliver over the week. I have been shopping there for over 12 years. Today I did as I always do at all stores that I shop and put the groceries in separate bags as I shop. When I get to the self-check-out I pull it out and ring each bag up, that way everyone has a receipt and their gas points. This lady comes up without introducing herself and starts telling me I'm doing it wrong. Grabs a bag of stuff that has been paid for and puts it where the bags are. She then starts pulling stuff out of my bag. I try to tell her I always have done this and those are already paid for. She doesn't listen so I push her back out of the bag, and she starts yelling that I hit her and she's going to call the police. I' am 67-year-old grandma and I have never hit anyone in my life. She's yelling at me to leave without what I already paid for or she's calling the police. Finally, she goes through all of my bags checking everything against the receipts treating me like s common thief. Then I ask where the manager that has been there forever is and she tells me it's her now. She calls over all of these young men and tells them I can never come in the store again. I'm embarrassed, shaking and in shock. We spend about a thousand dollars there a week. I've always been treated well there and many either know me by my name or by sight.

BEWARE BEWARE!!! This negative review is applicable to ***** the store manager on duty March 20, 2025, when he used security ***** **** to hurl racial violence towards me due to my ethnic group. I give these two individuals minus 1000 stars for turning this King Soopers I frequent; when in town, long before either of them was posted or hired at this location into their harassment grounds. After work, I was exhausted but needed to pick up items at the nearest King Soopers. For all the years I have stopped at this location, no time before this, have I been racially profiled, discriminated against nor had two individuals strived to turn a normal shopping experience into a hostile shopping environment. Security ***** **** kept popping in areas where I happen to be, but it was none of my concern, I just noticed him. I continued shopping. When I at the self-checkout, ***** was also there. He saw me checkout; I passed him to exit the store. Then, I recalled something needed at customer service. I parked my shopping cart at the end of the customer service counter, conducted my business there and once done; I began pushing my shopping cart over the medal bar for the door. ***** then approached me and asked if he could see my receipt. I asked, why are you asking to see my receipt when you saw me checkout and I passed right by you to exit the store. He said if he did not ask to see my receipt that he would be in trouble but by the time he finished this statement, both of my receipts were in hand. He said he was not trying to **** me off, but I shared you have done this by asking me for something you witnessed me pay for which is nothing but harassment. He said he does this to everyone. I said, I do not believe you to this to everyone at all. I called ****, the store manager but he made excuses for *****. It became apparent Jeff was the one who ordered the discrimination attack, but ***** was in the store making jokes that I was angry which I was not, just tired.

To bad I can't leave -5 stars on this review. The people at this store are lazy and don't want to help anybody with anything. They almost never have the service desk open and I don't think they even know how to operate a computer. They are always saying the system is down or its being updated They can't get in. That's if you don't get the excuse that they don't have enough workers. Plus I think that this particular store intentionally doesn't help people they don't want to help. That's the London Kentucky main street location. So krogers has all kinds of services advertised and will not provide any of them. Can't even buy a lottery ticket sometimes. This is false advertising and lying to the public to get business ,I've always heard that was against the law. I guess Kroger Company is fine with having lazy ,gossiping "workers"(lol) not provide any satisfaction to a customer plus profile its patrons as the "kind" they don't want to serve. Sad that discrimination and incompetence has ruined what was once a nice place to shop. London Kentucky Main Street Kroger! Avoid it like the plague!

This is not the only Kroger store in the area that appears to me to do what I now describe ... Kroger has a Fuel Points rewards program that offers customers 10 cents off of the price per gallon of gasoline for every $100 of groceries purchased by the customer. It has been my experience for years that Kroger's price per gallon at the pump is normally at least 10 cents, but maybe more, higher than other gas stations in the area. So, the Fuel Points rewards program doesn't actually appear to be a reward, but instead just a sales gimmick and scam.

I have shopped at Kroger for decades. Recently I have become to handicapped to shop in store so I have had most of my orders delivered. The last three times there has been something overcharged, rotten, expired or just not included at all. Back in November 2024, I never received the delivery at all. I had to drive all over the neighborhood after Kroger contacted the driver and he admitted he accidentally dropped them off at the wrong place and gave the hint that they were dropped in the front of a garage so my search began. I finally found them hours later sitting in the sun with melted cheese warmed lunch meats and melted candy for a party scheduled that day. When I contacted Kroger they were to issue a refund. 6 months later calling every 4-5 days I am told sorry, we have expedited your refund and you should receive it in ***** hours. It is now the end of March 2025 and still no resolve. As I am on the phone with Kroger for the 16th time .. they once more give same response and resolution sorry, weve expedited your refund and you should have it in ***** hours. I had to close that card the funds were pulled form last week so now they would have to issue the payment to another card or a in store credit. So I opted in for an in store credit. Same thing .. sorry.. weve expedited your concern and a supervisor will contact you soon. Ive waited another week for that call and nothing. Now they want to send me a check in the mail that could take 4-5 WEEKS!!! Are you kidding?? No way in hell!!! Id have to wait another 6 weeks and if the check doesnt come then what? I dont trust the check will be mailed. WHY CANT THEY JUST ISSUE AN IN STORE CREDIT. ??? They received the funds in less than a minute when I purchased the groceries but now I have to wait 7months or longer to rectify this situation. What a complete joke. TODAY THERE NEEDS TO BE A RESOLUTION. IVE BEEN ON THE PHONE FOR TWO HOURS AND ILL SPEND THE ENTIRE DAY HERE UNTIL I GET A REFUND SOMEWAY.

I have lived by and shopped at this Kroger since 2017. I have never had an issue other than noticing that the security would also profile certain ethnicities in the establishment when shopping and I have never liked it but I still shopped there due to convenience. As of today, I will not be shopping here any more! My wife was way ahead of me when we walked from home to Kroger to get our special needs child some food to cook.. As we made it to the premises, my wife let me know she was not feeling well and was going to get an electric cart. I grabbed a basket that one the employees just pushed into the middle of the aisle blocking another customers walkway to exit. I had a roller rack for groceries, 3 Kroger reusable bags that I had just bought the day before and a Pride cold bag. I placed my reusable bags in the seating area of the shopping cart and the roller rack under the shopping cart. My wife was in the store a minute or 2 before I caught up and she grabbed herself an electric cart, a bottled water and we proceeded to Kroger Pharmacy to get our toddlers’ prescriptions since he is sick. After she got his prescription and we barely made it around store, she stated she felt weak and shaking so I asked if she would like me to get something to eat from deli since her glucose level may be low. Purchased her food then grabbed a soda. We proceeded to head to check out but the 1st register had a person with too much stuff and there was not another lane with a light on so I grabbed my wife’s water and Coca Cola, went to the 1st register at self checkout near service desk and purchased her drinks and see the officer looking my way smh. After my wife eats, I go back to floor to get items and barely 2 mins she called me saying the officer stopped her and said the employee said she came in with bags but that was me. He asked her did she pay for our sons prescriptions and her plate of food. It was absolute profiling on Kroger’s end and the officer. Profiling is heavy at 9919
