      We had service installed the 16th of May 2024 and the service works very well. Unfortunately the cable from the curb to my house has not yet been buried and has almost be run over by a lawn mower several times (not ours). I have called twice since and still no one has come to bury it, even though a neighbor had theirs installed and buried since. I plan to request a months free service if it is not buried come the 1 month mark on 16 June 2024. Since they have not been able to fulfill the complete installation.

      Someone came today (19 June 2024) to finally burry the Fiber Cable in my yard. I appreciate the quick response and for the first month of service credit to my account. I plan to continue my service with Go Net Speed for the foreseeable future and hope I can get quick turn around in the future for any technical issues that may arise. Thank you Go Net Speed for your dedication to your customers and excellent service.

      We had the team of Roberto M and Nick C connect the fiber optic cable today. They did a professional job and walked us through several options of where to connect the cable to the house. They answered all of our questions and very helpful and respectful of the property. They installed the fiber, hooked us up and got us running on 1 GIG in no time. The service is great, and we look forward to using all of the features. I highly recommend both Roberto and Nick as great ambassadors for GoNetspeed and thank you for coming to your area.

      I recently had a complain against GoNetspeed that I want to follow-up on. I received a call from representative as a result of my rating. Lauren was so very helpful, kind and understanding. The customer service that she provided was Exceptional. Although I don't retract the original statement, I do want to give 5 stars to the resolution to my issue. It has been COMPLETELY resolved. Thank you Lauren for your assistance and timely resolution.

      I have recently been charged a fee for NOT setting up an autopay account with Go NetSpeed. I have had this service for 3 years and have never had this penalty. I have online billing with them and as a result did not see the "insert" on line for the bill informing of this new charge. I want the charges to be removed. I am also attempting to get information from the FCC. After speaking with a CSR "Rudy" he explained that he was in "Sales" and unable to answer my question and also informed me that I would receive a call back. That was 2 hours ago (5/29/24 @ 10:36 a.m.) There has been no call back nor any clarification to my inquiry.

      I am on day 4 with no internet and looks like it may be five or six and they really could care less. I have called 3 times and no one has contacted me to resolve the issue. I have had gonetspeed for only 3 weeks and so far no good. I think they are not capable of handling technical issue or customer service.

      Worst customer service ever! Everything was fine until they told me I had to enroll in autopay. Payments never came out and I had a double bill. I called customer service and they said everything would be fine. Two weeks later I received a disconnect notice. I called customer service again and couldn't get through. Went online and made a payment. Called customer service again and explained what was going on. I was told she would cancel my auto pay since I made a payment online. Checked my online bank account later in the day and a double payment was taken. These people are ridiculous. I don't think anyone at Go netspeed knows what they're doing. So sorry I went with this company.

      Gospeednet employee Charley M****** posted a door knob flier on my inner screen door. To do that he passed the curled bottom handrail, handrail mailbox, a 2nd mailbox, opened the outer screen door and posted the flier on my inner screen door. I texted gonetspeeds about this and told them to retrain their employees to not touch people's doors. That was last week. Today 2/20/24 he did the exact same thing. How do I press charges and get them to stay away from my house?

      Excellent experience! The technicians are easy to reach for a phone call, and everyone I've spoken to has answered my (many!) questions thoroughly. Billing is clearly laid out, and prices are very reasonable. Installation was promptly carried out. Overall, outstanding customer service.
