      I was the very first to get gonetspeed in Ludlow, Ma. Jason G***** was great to work with prior to them getting the lines run in our town. So glad I made the move. Speeds as advertised. I have the 1 GB plan and I really love that the upload is the same as the download.

      My service goes out sometimes. And it's a problem to get someone out to fix it quickly. Usually this happens on the weekend and they can't come out till Tuesday of the following week.. My children are Homeschooled and need Internet everyday to do there work! This is very frustrating!!!!! ??

      We apologize for the frustration. The reported troubles you were experiencing were due to wasps nesting in the fiber box. Troubles were resolved in less than 48 hours. And no troubles have been reported since.

      I wish I could give no stars. They have no problem taking my payment even though I have repeatedly called about my landline not working. Then after making a tech appt it was then cancelled saying I need to make a call log first. (Meanwhile I’ve told multiple people I’m unable to use the phone and unable to use my cell phone which is main reason for getting landline) worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!

      I'm sorry for the experience you had at the start of your service.Our team was able to get your phone working and you were issued a credit for the time you were billed. No troubles have been reported since.

      What a horrible experience ! 5 weeks in and lost our wifi connection a dozen times. Customer service was confused and inept. Canceled it today and went back to *******.

      I had an issue with a bill and subsequent re-connect fee, I contacted customer service and was helped by Tammy, Tammy was very professional and listened to my issues and concerns. She was super understanding and sent an email to her manager regarding my issues and surprisingly enough actually called me back like she said she would with great news and my issues resolved. I was actually debating whether I wanted to continue with GoNet but because of Tammys great customer service I will continue being a customer.

      Awesome Company I had been with *** for years and their pricing kept going up for less services. It was hard getting someone to speak with that I could understand. Service went out a lot. Here comes GoNetSpeed to the rescue. Each and every person I spoke with was amazing. Their service is top-notch along with their people. Response time is amazing. The Tech explained everything and walked me through the process (Freddie) and even called me because the job before mine finished early, and since I was the last call of the day I was happy to meet the Tech earlier than scheduled. It made my day and his. Installation took no time at all. Their service plans are great and reasonably priced. I have no complaints. I hope I will continue to be a customer for many years to come. Some of the complains by others are because they do not follow instructions in setting up their account and setting up automatic payments.

      Previous service I had with another company was most aggravating. Once I called GoNetspeed from customer service to the technicians that came out, is 100% ! Plus my pricing for internet & landline was half of the cost for fiber optic, whereas my previous service was DSL. I have nothing but praise & it's so refreshing to deal with a company like this, which is a rarity in today's day & age. I was referred to them from some friends who were already on it & by golly I will tell others about it as well. Even the chief operating officer, contacted me twice after sending in my review & answering his questions. Along with the technician that installed my internet inside the house, he called the day later just to make sure all was operating well!!! How outstanding is that!! Only regret is, I wish I had signed up sooner!!

      Everything was fine until the autopay additional fee. I attempted to call customer support and was on hold for 35min. Finally when I reached someone she was rude. Basically, with the additional fee GoNet is now more expensive than ********, and I never saw a difference in performance.

      Terrible service. Overcharged by their own admission for over a year, oh well. Lies that I owe equipment never provided. Incompetent. Disorganized. Waste of time, money and energy. The service has been throttled several times. Never got advertised speeds. Customer service is apathetic and couldn't care less what your problem is. These people take the worst aspects of ******* and ******** and combine them into an amazing display of incompetence. I wouldn't trust their support with so much as a solar powered calculator. Over charged for multiple years for being one of the first customers. Yeah first and last. Highly recommend people look somewhere else that might have even the semblance of honesty and integrity. This business is an ethical trainwreck and blatant money grab. Protect yourself and look elsewhere.

      I understand you are unhappy that you were not informed of our new advertised rates. It is not our responsibility to contact customers when new rates are introduced. You were previously on our lifetime guarantee pricing that was retired in January 2022, meaning no new customer after this date had the option of a lifetime guarantee. The representative you spoke with in June 2024 did offer to change your service plan to lower rate and explained that this rate would be subject to change and would no longer be price guaranteed.  Regarding your service complaints, I notice that no calls were ever made to our technical support team to assist and trouble shoot these concerns.  The equipment you are being charged for in the modem, the small white ***** box mounted to your wall that brings the internet into your home, this would have to have been provided in our for you to receive service.  I'm happy to discuss further if you wish to contact me directly ******.******@**********.com

      Customer support is the worst I've ever experienced, tried contacting them through email. Blaintly ignored my email, then called and was put on hold for 30minutes, when they finally answered I asked about why my bill was higher when I signed a contract that my bill can never change. The woman stated it's not her department she will have them call me back. It's been 3 days and I never got a call back. Horrible customer service I'll be dropping them and going to another provider.
