      Fraudulent charges and useless customer service. If you do get a response it's either generic or dishonest

      Good morning,

      I've recently left you a voicemail and sent you an email as well. I have requested that the $100 installation fee you accrued when you moved your service to a new address has been waived. This fee is in place because it requires a technician to visit your new address to make sure your services are performing without and complications. Your situation has been reviewed with the customer service management team to remind team members to accurately explain any additional fees that may apply, to prevent confusion.

      Good afternoon, I am happy we were able to connect and discuss earlier today. I've received confirmation that a member of our team left you a voicemail and sent you an email with the autopay set up instructions. I've also discovered that your original emails were marked as spam so never made it to our customer service inbox. A new process has been put in place by the customer service leadership team to make sure the spam folder is checked daily so emails such as yours are not missed. We appreciate you, thank you for being a GoNetspeed customer!

      Really disappointed with Go Net Speed as they needed access to my backyard today for the telephone pole. They were out there working all day but disappeared around 5pm and left wires all over my backyard. It’s laying on my fence which then goes up to the pole then back down to the ground where there is a ton of wire zigzagged throughout my yard. I’m really annoyed as they did not tell me they were going to leave it like that! I have children and animals that utilize the yard. Is this damn wire hot??!! Horrible business!!

      We recently had the pleasure of having Edgar install our cable, and I must say that the experience exceeded my expectations in every way possible. From start to finish, Edgar demonstrated a level of professionalism and expertise that truly set him apart. First and foremost, Edgar was punctual and arrived at the scheduled time, ready to tackle the installation. He greeted us with a warm and friendly demeanor, immediately putting us at ease. Throughout the process, he maintained excellent communication, explaining each step of the installation clearly and concisely. His knowledge of the equipment and the intricacies of the installation process was truly impressive. What stood out most about Edgar was his commitment to ensuring everything was not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing. He took the time to neatly organize and secure cables, leaving no mess behind. It's evident that he takes great pride in his work and goes above and beyond to deliver top-notch service. In addition to his technical skills, Edgar's customer service was outstanding. He patiently answered all of our questions and addressed any concerns we had, demonstrating a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.       I never leave reviews like this normally. I have had GoNetSpeed a few years now. It is so good that I never even noticed that I do not have outages or any kind of problem anymore. **** ********* ******* and every other company I’ve ever used has always given me a monthly headache of some kind or another. GoNetSpeed is so good I forgot my house doesn’t just provide me internet on its own. I’ve switched equipment around a bunch of times even just for ***** and giggles and it still just works perfectly no matter how I **** with it. If this company is in your area just get it. It’s cheaper than anything else and just better. Don’t change GoNetSpeed, don’t change.

      I am a very satisfied GoNetSpeed customer. The products and services this company provides are exceptional in performance and are very reliable. The customer service is the best I have received from any utility or competitive internet provider. Customer service is so vitally important and since the very onset of my communications and interactions with GoNetSpeed's customer service group, I can honestly state they have been 'off the charts' outstanding. The customer service agent I have interacted with mostly who is assigned to my account (Jason S) has been exemplary. Jason is always extremely courteous, friendly, professional, very knowledgeable and totally customer focused and responsive in helping me (and certain all customers as well) with any questions I had. Although any tech service needs have been rare in my case, if I needed anything for my home internet service (on one occasion I needed a longer cable due to a room rearrangement) Jason was very quick in seeing that effective support was provided (resolved the same day). I have also found GoNetSpeed to be highly reliable and provide overall notably better performance in all respects from my experience, compared to any other internet service provider I have had prior to GoNetSpeed. I have had no issues with their high quality equipment. The great customer service gives me confidence in this company! This company is very well managed as reflected by awesome customer service such as what Jason consistently provided to me. I highly recommend this company for high performance internet service needs. Thank you GoNetSpeed for coming to our area and far exceeding my expectations which were high to begin with! In my honest opinion, GoNetSpeed sets the bar for providing top notch internet service and awesome customer support!

      In Oneonta AL there was a back door deal with the city officials that will not allow them to install the fiber internet which I had in Rural Alabama. It's unfortunate because the cable internet we have in a very affluent neighborhood isnt high quality, costs more, has more service drops, and overall value is poor. Nonetspeed, cant give me a straight answer on "their" reason on why they cant install fiber.

There are no agreements in place that would prohibit us from bringing fiber to any specific location within the state. We will follow up with the you directly regarding your accusations of misconduct by GoNetspeed and the City of Oneonta which we unequivocally deny.

      I am updating my previous review. That was written when service was installed and there was a glitch with the phone. Anytime I have had to call with any questions or concerns they have been quick to respond and resolve any issues. The internet has been great. There were some glitches with the phone but that seems to have been resolved. Customer service has been prompt and excellent!
