      These folks don't take "no" for an answer. In the last 2 weeks I have had no fewer than 3 different visits, two by the same person, and each time I tell them I'm not interested they keep coming back. I'm sick of the door knocking at strange hours and I'm sick of seeing the same person/people wandering the neighborhood knocking on the same doors repeatedly. Visit once, leave a flyer and move on. I'm frustrated with this invasive and, frankly, annoying sales tactic.

      I have had service not even a week I was told that I’d be paying $54.99 for a year and I have already Bill‘s gonna go up $5 dollars a month yes I am on auto pay. Yes I am on paperless billing so this should not be happening not even a week after getting the service very disappointed. When I called the representative said nothing she can do. It’s office wide.

      Out dated systems no communication from the oneonta Al office. No customer support all they do is tell you lies about when they are going to fix the internet. In the last 2 yrs the internet is out more than it works and is only getting worse. Maybe a nice Breach of contract lawsuit would motivate them to actually do something about the problem.

      Stay away!!! I had an extremely disappointing experience with Go Net Speed that I feel compelled to share. As someone experienced in networking integration and handling large network setups for a major TV network, I expected a higher level of service and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I scheduled multiple visits for service to fix the problems, but each time, the technicians failed to show up without any prior notice. It’s incredibly frustrating to request service and be left in the dark, especially when I reached out to confirm each appointment. The lack of communication is simply unacceptable. When I finally managed to get the service up and running, I conducted a speed test directly from their modem. To my dismay, I was only receiving 140Mbps symmetrical bandwidth despite being sold a 2Gb service. This is not even close to what was promised. Overall, my experience with Go Net Speed has been far from satisfactory. The unreliable service, coupled with the poor communication and underwhelming performance, has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. I cannot recommend them based on my experience. The primary issues we've encountered include below-average bandwidth speeds and frequent malfunctions with the ***** ****** 10 devices, which consistently go offline.

      For over a year, GoNetSpeed kept e-mailing me and sending me post mail about singing up for their service. They also took a pre-order (*********** **). I still get emails telling me "coming soon", and now that they are 1/2 (half) a mile from my home, their website claims they are not building here. I called and they "claim" it is coming, but admit they seem to have stopped by the cemetery just down the street from me.

      Just got service yesterday, and I completely regret answering door and setting up an install. Service in the few rooms it reaches is fast, but doesn't cover house, not a large house by any means. That was one of my concerns when switching. Told it wouldn't be a problem. Why not lead with basically every house is going to have to pay $10 extra per month for extenders. Now I have to wait a week before a tech can come back out and give me the internet that I actually already had with someone else. Would love to just cancel and pretend this never happened, but there would be a $100 fee, so I'm stuck with this service for 3 months. Also tech updated name if 5g but not of 2.4, and it was an additional headache finding app to switch that on own. Original tech was not very helpful, friendly or informative. Then the struggle of switching over the devices which I also raised concerns about, but everyone said if named the same, everything will just pick it up easily. Called support numerous times.....randomly disconnected twice, no call back. So far I've spent at least 8 hours of my life dealing with this headache I didn't seek out. Wish this service never came to town. Wasting tons of time for no visible upgrade in service and no savings. Also now wondering what surprises to expect on bill after reading other reviews.

      First day of having GoNetspeed and I have no internet. Literally the installation was less than 3 hours ago. They providing me a ticket and said someone who contact me in the next 24 hours. So within the first 3 hours of having this service I am already completely not satisfied. I haven't been notified how to setup payments nothing. The tech who came out was probably the only good part of experience. Very nice guy didn't take long seemed very professional. That's why I gave it two stars.

      1st bill was $102 instead of $59 I was told No access ports for CCTV hard wire Internet getting way to expensive, I'm shutting it off a.s.a.p.

      The 4th page of your invoice displays your detailed charges.

      You received a prorated amount of $28.00 for 9/3 - 9/16. 

      You also did not enroll in automatic payments ($10 non autopay fee) or paperless billing ($4.95 fee) so were billed the additional $14.95.

      In the beginning they don't tell you that you need to be on auto pay and have no statements in order to keep the price low and avoid additional charges. They credited me for the misinformation but it was nit immediately. The service was going good and they communicate outages. However I've called them due to my service going out almost nightly and they have yet to return a phone call. They only provide me tickets. I was told if someone needs to fix they will tell you their charger. How are they charging to fix an issue? It's been over a week at this point with no return phone calls. They have no issues taking the payment every month. Getting to start the service was easy maintaining it is the hard part.

      Good morning, you received a generous credit for not verbally being told about the non autopay fee on your 2nd invoice. It is part of our process and the door to door representative who assisted you with your order was coached on the importance of explaining this. If you had submitted your order online yourself this would have been presented to you visually during the order process. 

      Being told you may be charged for a service visit is part of technical supports script, it does not necessarily mean you will be charged for a house call. We charge for truck roll is service is damaged by the customer (ex. pet chewed through fiber line). I will make sure you are contacted today by a member of technical support to discuss your service issue.

      Thank you for taking the time to respond. Sounds like the company would rather debate online opposed to actually picking up the phone and assisting a customer. As I stated above I received a credit. I would prefer to not have deceitful sales practice over a credit to ensure I have all the facts so that I can make informed decision. The comment on 8/28 stated I will receive a call that day but as of today 8/30 I still have not receive a call. So not only calling customer service being told I would receive call within 24 hours, you took the time to advise of the same which still had not happen so at this point we are at almost 3 weeks in from my original call asking for help. So thank you for being so diligent in your response.
