    The Customer is confused between Pay Extra (she refers as Pay Direct) and Security Deposit. Reached out to customer and explained the difference. 

    "Pay Extra is when your available limit is insufficient to cover your total bill amount. For example, if your available limit is $100, and your bill amount is $200, for us to be able to pay your bill, you will be adding extra $100 upfront, then the remaining $100 will be divided into four installments. 


    On the other hand, Security Deposit is required for new account owners who did not meet certain parameters of our account verification process and is fixed to $19.99 amount. This is refundable once you completed your installments for that certain bill, where in your case, Security Deposit is not required."

    Deferit is a scam! They hide all sorts of fees that you are not interested in. They claimed they saved me $240 and now expect me to pay them $120 of it but I was not interested in the first place. They should tell you these charges and you should be able to deny or accept them. I dont have an extra $120 for a phone call I could have made myself. Now, I cant cancel because of this charge. I want a refund for my membership and my account deactivated! They are deceiving.

    Reached out to the customer informing her that the bill savings were already cancelled and her account deactivated. Informed her also that a coupon was applied to her account for the membership fee, there should be no charge on her card. Asked her to provide us with a screenshot of the charge so we could further investigate and refund if applicable.

    I signed up for this service, thinking I could make a timely payment on my utility bill.Well, come to find out, the service could take days to process, unfortunately I do not have that long. Ive already paid the $14.99 sign up fee, then I paid the $55 installment for my electric bill.There is no confirmation on when my bill will be paid, and no way to contact Deferit for more details.I would just like a refund on all services.

    Our management already reached out to *************************************** and advised that we've successfully processed the payment to his Insure on the Spot bill and adjusted the installments accordingly. We have enclosed proof of payment confirmation in the email for his reference and he may provide it to his ****** for them to locate the payment. We are waiting for the customer's response if he was able to view the attachment.
